Un espacio con personal que te hace sentir especial.
Pros:

Sinceramente tenía pocas expectativas, sobre todo porque la entrada era poco prometedora… y el ascensor también. Pero cuando llegué al primer piso y abrí la puerta de la recepción, Carolina fue tan amable y el lugar tan prolijo y elegante que me senti privilegiada de estar allí. Dije: “ESTA VEZ, ELEGÍ BIEN “. Lo más impresionante, es que nos “regalaron el desayuno”… es una casa abierta que te hace sentir bien recibida.

Cons:

La entrada es compartida y parece ocultar el verdadero tesoro del primer piso. Mejoraría el ascensor, esto es como para poner algo.

Pros:

Otelin konumu, gezilecek yerlere yürüme mesafesindedir. Önünden tramvay geçiyor ve 300 metre mesafedeki Argentina durağından Roma'nın her yerine otobüse binerek gidebiliyorsunuz.

Otelin önündeki parkın köşesinde yer alan gazete/tobacco bayiden -sadece nakit karşılığı- otobüs, metro vs. bileti alabiliyorsunuz.

Yemek ve eğlence mekanlarının olduğu Trastevere Bölgesi'ne ve Tiber Nehri'ne de çok yakın. Kısacası konum çok iyi. (Termini İstasyonu'ndan 64 numaralı otobüsle 10 dakikada otele ulaşttık.

Otelde kahvaltı ortalama, idare eder.

Bir han gibi binanın 1. Katında yer alıyor. Odalar güzel bir parka bakıyor. Akşam saatlerinde gelirseniz kapıdaki zili çalarak binanın kapısını açtırabilirsiniz.

Banyo duşakabini akıtıyordu, tüm banyo sular altında kaldı.

Çalışan yardımsever ancak daha güler yüzlü çalışanı olan otellerde konakladığımı söyleyebilirim. Çocuklu aileler tercih edebilir.

Banyo duşakabini dışarıya su sızdırıyordu. Çalışanlar biraz daha tebessüm edebilir.

Eine perfekte Städtereise abseits geführter Touren
Pros:

Das Hotel ist klein und überzeugt durch seine ideale Lage im Stadtzentrum und sehr gutem Anschluss mit Trenitalia und Tram an den Flughafen Fiumencino.
Nahezu Alles im historischen Stadtzentrum -von Vatikan über Villa Borghese, San Pietro in Vincoli, Forum Romanum und die 7 Hügel - sind zu Fuß in 5 bis 30 Minuten zu erreichen.
Besonders gefällt auch das Haus aus dem beginnenden 19. Jahrhundert mit seinem römischen Charme.

Disappointing
Pros:

First of all our private transfer was approx an hour and a half late picking us up from the airport so that wasn’t a good start.

The hotel although in quite a central location is very tired and dated and has many trip hazards that you really have to watch e.g rugs everywhere and a lead on the floor in the bathroom.

The bedding was spotless however the toilet was dirty.

Our alarm at 8am each morning was drilling and banging.

The breakfast was minimal and you had to ask for a second cup of coffee, it wasn’t readily available or offered. The only hot food was toast.

Although the staff were pleasant they were not accommodating in helping us book a taxi.

Rome is magnificent however this hotel was disappointing and certainly not four star.
