Pros:

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, sehr zu empfehlen. Der Saunabereich mit kleinem schönen Hallenbad ist perfekt das Zimmer war sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet und vom Bett aus hatte man einen Blick auf dem Berg. Auch nachts konnte man Fenster ausschlafen und es war trotzdem ruhig. Das Essen war sehr gut da wir zehn Tage da waren, hat sich das auch nie wiederholt. Der Skibus hält direkt vor der Tür und ist echt praktisch, da man denn nicht so weit laufen muss. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Cons:

Eigentlich gibt’s da gar nichts zu sagen aber den einzigen Verbesserungsvorschlag, den ich machen würde, wäre im Skiraum eine hellere Beleuchtung einzubauen.

Buona posizione, a 10 minuti dal centro di Campo Tures - Bella la struttura e la camera - Ottima la colazione con molti prodotti bio e ampia scelta di dolce e salato - Disponibilità del garage per le moto e del centro wellness (che purtroppo non abbiamo utilizzato) incluse nel prezzo

Cons:

Mancanza del bidet in bagno - Il personale è gentile ma poco preciso: 1. Non ci sono stati comunicati gli orari dei pasti, salvo poi chiamarci in camera perché eravamo in ritardo per la cena (?!?!) - 2. A cena abbiamo chiesto un paio di panini e ce ne hanno portati esattamente due - 3. Hanno sbagliato il conto delle bevande e delle tasse di soggiorno, addebitandoci delle birre non bevute, dopo la nostra contestazione hanno rifatto il conto ma sicuramente era di nuovo sbagliato, però eravamo di fretta e abbiamo lasciato perdere

Sehr hezlicher Empfang, guter Service, gutes Zimmer. Ein sehr gutes ausreichendes Frühstück. Leider sind Schwimmbad und Sauna nur bis 19.30 Uhr geöffnet.

Pros:

The external décor is lovely, location and the surrounding scenery is as you might expect in this part of the world. Bed was clean and comfy and the room was warm for a good sleep.

Cons:

This list is long, Travelled from the UK known to the hotel from my booking, a long drive from the airport of arrival into Italy and arrived at the hotel around 7:30pm. The hotel has a restaurant but was not permitted to dine, as I "had not warned them". Nowhere did it state on my booking i had to do this and never have i stayed in a hotel with a restaurant that i could not dine in as a guest in a hotel "guest"!. There were people eating but it was not busy! Spending the rest of the evening trying to find somewhere to have dinner in freezing temperatures. Then there was my "deluxe" room. Not my expectation of the meaning of the word deluxe. I was very disappointed at the facilities in the room and the décor. For €165 for a single room i had no t/coffee and if i wanted a bottle of water i had to pay for it from the mini-bar (which only had water). No carpets but i guess this is to accommodate ski'ers?!? Then onto breakfast, hot food was cold with a choice of thin ham or scrambled eggs, that's it. the remainder of cold food choices were good and the coffee was very nice. This hotel has spa facilities and one of the key selection criteria i had in choosing this hotel. operating from 7am-7pm, i went down at 7:30am for a swim and relaxation before my business meeting. The pool was very small but warm at least, everything else was off, spa sauna, steam all very cold - no lights nothing. no-one in attendance. Would i stay here again, definitely not!!

Wir waren nur 4 Tage hier, aber es war sehr schön, incl. einen Tag Biathlon Antholz. Frühstück und abends Menü waren super. Schwimmbad war auch sehr schön. Der Chef und seine Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. 😊👍
