Terribly overpriced, not worth more than $75
Pros:

The lobby was the nicest part of the hotel

Cons:

The entire hotel was rundown, the room was dated and worn. It was only worth about $90 at most.

We were incredibly disappointed in the hotel.
Pros:

The front desk manager that greeted us was very kind and friendly.

Cons:

The room was dingy, bathroom tub was mildewed. The carpet in front of our bed was damp and appeared to be coming from under the carpet. We put a towel over it so we could walk.The hook was broken off on the bathroom door and simply placed under the aink. We let the morning desk person know. He simply said he would inform someone. No further questions or way to make it right. Not worth the price that we paid, at all.

I’ve stayed at a lot of garden inn’s and this is not up to that level. The worst I’ve experienced. Not worth the money.
Pros:

Nice outside

Cons:

Dated, worn and damaged carpet, elevator dirty, plumbing in shower hard to activate (spigot moved from wall).

Other than that our stay was pleasant. I love Hilton Hotels and this the 1st time experiencing this.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent. I could not eat it because of the diet I'm on (Gastroparesis Diet) almost like smoothie type or soup. But my family loved it.

Cons:

There were some rust stains in the tub, someone dirty socks left in the room and the night stands were dusty. My grandbaby did not want to get in the tub due to the dark stains in the tub. I wiped the furniture down myself and removed the dirty socks.
