Radisson Blu Residence, Dubai Marina

I recently stayed at this hotel in Dubai and had a genuinely great experience from start to finish.

The standout for me was the staff , everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive without being overbearing. In particular, Ramesh Kumar, Jona, Churamani, and Eliza were exceptionally helpful and made a real difference to our stay. Eliza was especially pleasant, warm, and professional, and always made time to assist with a smile.

The room was clean, well-presented, and comfortable, and the facilities were well maintained throughout. The location was also very convenient for getting around Dubai especially to Marina and JBR walk.

Overall, a really pleasant stay with excellent service. I’d happily recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

Worst experience; Unsafe, Unhygienic and Extremely Frustrating Stay

Great staff and service - location was also great - the bathroom not up to date, and breakfast misserable ;( only one menu to choose from no fresh fruit - waste of money

This hotel exceeded all expectations and made our stay truly memorable. Our room was quiet, stylish, and extremely comfortable, with excellent bedding and thoughtful touches throughout. The staff deserve special praise—always smiling, attentive, and ready to assist. The location is perfect, with easy access to major attractions while still feeling relaxing. This is most certainly the worst Raddison Blu I have stayed in. I am a VIP member and stay in Raddison Blus everywhere globally but this was the most run down I have stayed in., especially for Dubai. The corridors leading to you room are dirty and have stains. The breakfast isn’t a Raddison Blu breakfast you expect but a very budget basic Lebanese breakfast, served by a cafe next door not part of hotel. Do not stay here if you are looking for a nice hotel to stay. On the positive notes , the location is good and the room cleaning service was very good. It’s also a dry hotel so no bar or restaurants either. The room was spacious but again dated and tired looking.

The washroom and rooms must need ti be upgrade especially the lights of the room overall expwriwnce is good

Very good hotel, clean, polite staff and very good service. The location is perfect. Near to metro, cafés, etc. Mr. Arpan & Mr. Ramesh Kumar were very helpful.

Housekeeping excellent service always recommended Suresh. Very talented young lad,service at he's best 👌 👍 from Radisson Blu Dubai Marina.

Had a pleasant experience. Service is great. Special mention for cleaning person Venkatesh who did a great job and was very polite and helpful .

Amazing staff and excellent service made our stay truly pleasant!

As a Radisson Blu VIP member who stays at this brand regularly, this was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, it was obvious that this hotel has completely abandoned any concern for guest comfort, service, or basic standards.
This property is a complete disaster. It is run down, poorly maintained, and clearly neglected for years. Nothing about this hotel reflects the Radisson Blu brand in any way. It feels mismanaged, understaffed, and frankly not fit to be operating as a “premium” hotel.
The staff were shockingly rude, dismissive, and uninterested in doing their jobs. Every issue we raised was either ignored or brushed off with excuses. There was zero accountability and absolutely no effort to resolve problems. The lack of professionalism was astonishing.
This hotel single-handedly ruined our stay and caused unnecessary stress and frustration. Charging guests money for an experience this bad is outrageous. I regret staying here and would never return. If you value your time, money, or sanity, avoid this hotel at all costs and book literally anywhere else.

Best pool section with lifeguards Asif, Nayeem and Rosario. Super children and family friendly and just great guys. Always helpful, create a great atmosphere. The children was absolutely happy with communication. One of the reason to choose a hotel to stay.

Concierge and reception team is amazing Mamdouh , Israa and the rest were great
Gym is ok and pool is nice clean and acceptable

Venkatesh, housekeeping guy was awesome and kept my apartment clean and homely. Will recommend him to anyone staying at the Radisson Blu

Good hotel amenities except the restaurant on the hotels ground floor. Worst ever restaurant. It seems outsourced, it is not the usual Radisson Blu standard.

The location is perfect, close to the Al Marsa street and easy to walk around marina. Staffs are also nice, they are very kind and friendly to every visitors. Neat, clean, and organized room, nice view from window.

Everything is great, you can have an apartment cleaning every day, the wash dishes, changes linen and towels if you want. Alshay is a very good cleaner :)

House keeping excellent made by Suresh. Always helpful. Very good guy. Akshya also a very good guy, house keeping well done by them.
