Spännande, mysigt och avkopplande, med närhet till cenote Ik Kil och Chichén Itzá.
Pros:

Mysigt rum, fin dekor, spännande arkitektur. Jättefin pool. Personalen var kunnig och hjälpsam.

Cons:

Maten var inte jättebra. Frukostbuffén var god och prisvärd.

Dichtbij Chichen Itza
Pros:

Heel dicht bij Chichen Itza. We waren iets vroeger dan de officiële check-in en we konden al in onze kamer wat handig was. De kamers zelf waren proper en aangenaam.

Cons:

Zowel het ontbijt als het avondeten in het hotel zijn prijs-kwaliteit te duur voor hetgeen je krijgt. Je moet het ontbijt ‘s morgens betalen aan de tafel zelf, dus moet je er een tip bijgeven terwijl het logischer zou zijn om het gewoon tijdens het reserveren of inchecken te betalen. Ook had een ober verschillende fouten gemaakt met onze bestelling en hij reageerde echt niet gepast toen we aangaven dat we iets anders hadden besteld.

The hotel is good but the location is no longer wonderful. Gracias.
Pros:

We liked the Spanish architecture and the restaurant. It was very peaceful and chill.

Cons:

The location in theory would have been perfect but Chichén Itzá closed the entry that is nearby. We could not find an uber, taxi, or DiDi from the other entrance so we had to walk over 4k on the side of the road. We were hoping to walk from the site to the hotel.

Pros:

Een ruime en sfeervolle accommodatie gelegen naast Chichén Itza. Dit is de ideale uitvalsbasis als je de volgende ochtend vroeg in Chichén Itza wilt zijn. Het zwembad in de binnenplaats is heerlijk. Ook fijn dat je ter plaatse kunt eten in het restaurant. De tuin, binnenplaats en hotel waren allemaal heel mooi en sfeervol.

Cons:

We hebben heerlijk gegeten maar de bediening in het restaurant had sneller gekund.

Pros:

Adorable hotel avec une ambiance Agatha Christie, personnel adorable , petit déjeuner copieux et varié pour 11€(220MXN), bon restaurant à prix raisonnable.
Il n’y a plus d'accès au site de Chichen par le sud, mais ils vous appellent un taxi qui est là en 10mn et pour 100MNX vous voilà à l’entrée.

Cons:

J’ai beau chercher...Pas de points négatifs !

Poor value for money
Pros:

The swimming-pool, even though we couldn’t use it as much as we would have liked on account of a storm while we we’re staying there

Cons:

We had to change rooms because of a mal function of the air conditioning. It obviously had not been checked prior to our arrival.
No drinking water replenishment was available for guests ( the only hotel in which we experienced this during our stay in México whereas the temperature was the highest there).
All additional services we had in the hotel were expensive for the quality produced.
We chose this hotel because it advertised its close proximity to the Chichen Itzá ruins but in fact we needed a taxi as it was probably about 4/5km away.

Decent hotel and decent people
Pros:

Pleasant room, nice pool and decent breakfast. Staff are helpful and friendly. Service was quick in the morning with everyone aiming to leave early to visit ruins. Pretty close to ruins entrance (but still need a taxi).
Shout out to the honesty and helpfulness of staff who found my Kindle and sent it on to the next hotel on our trip. Remarkable and much appreciated.
Overall, I think this hotel has been rated lower than it should be and it is well worth considering.

Pros:

L'immense piscine très agréable après une journée de visite du site de Chichen Itza sous la chaleur tropicale, l'excellent petit-déjeuner et dîner, la salle de billard et la bibliothèque..
