Nous étions un groupe de 10. Nous avons été très bien accueillis.
Nous n’étions pas très nombreux dans l’hôtel, donc je ne peux pas juger pour le bruit. Nous étions à l’étage dans une suite qui est très bien faite car la chambre des enfants (grands adolescents !!) est séparée par la salle de bain de salle des parents

Die Anlage ist schön im Grünen gelegen. Der Pool bietet eine tolle Abkühlung nach der Besichtigung der Ruinen. Das hauseigene Restaurant war sehr gut und die Bedienung freundlich.
Zu den Ruinen muss man mit dem Taxi fahren, da der Haupteingang verlegt wurde.

Pulizia non sufficiente, camera claustrofobica, struttura molto datata, voto cena insufficiente n per rapporto qualità-prezzo (pollo spacciato per maiale).

Les chambres sont un peu vieilles et auraient bien besoin d'un peu de modernité.
Attention si vous êtes grands, certains lits ont un mur à leur pied, donc pas forcément très confortables.
La climatisation qui souffle directement sur la tête de lit nous a gâché la nuit.
Suite aux différents commentaires lus sur internet, nous n'avons pas souhaité dîner dans l'hôtel et malheureusement le choix de restaurants pour dîner à Pisté n'est pas très varié.
Une piscine splendide ! Le cadre de l’hôtel est vraiment très beau !

The location was the best thing about the hotel.
The initial room offered had no fridge and a small double bed with 3 solid walls on each side. For a 6ft tall person this was not acceptable. We asked to upgrade to a king bed so my husband could sleep without issue. This cost a fortune. The mattress protector was so old and hard it made sleeping uncomfortable. The restaurant food was disgusting. The chicken nachos had no taste and old chicken. The guacamole was also disgusting which is a shame as everywhere in mexico we have tried it, it has always been fabulous. We will never stay here again. I would stay further away from Chichén itza and drive to the site.

La localisation est très bien on est très proche de la pyramide a visiter. Le personnel est très sympathique.
Après la chambre est organisée de manière "bizarre" la climatisation est face au lit. Donc dur de l'allumer sans tomber malade. Et les matelas sont plutôt dur donc on a assez mal dormi.
The location was very close to Chichen Itza, and the hotel staff were very helpful with arranging both a taxi to the archeological site (5 minutes away) and a tour guide. The hotel has a large swimming pool which is great for relaxing after the tour. The hotel restaurant was also excellent. We especially enjoyed the salsa verde, it was delicious on the tortilla chips and tacos we had for supper, and it was easily the spiciest we got to try during our trip to Mexico (we enjoy spicy food, but if you aren't a fan then stick to the milder sauces).
The beds were a bit hard. While I personally prefer a hard bed, my partner had some difficulty falling asleep.

Unweit des Eingangs von Chichen Iza gelegen. (Taxifahrt 5min, 100 Pesos) Wunderschöne Anlage in der Natur. Essen ist super, Ambiente sehr hübsch. Der Pool Lad zum Sonnenbaden ein. Kann ich absolut empfehlen. Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Nichts negatives aufgefallen.
