Un buen lugar para quedarse en Cholula
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, las personas que nos atendieron siempre fueron muy amables y la comida del bufet es bastante buena. El ambiente es muy tranquilo, ideal para ir en familia.

Cons:

Las camas son bastante incómodas y las almohadas también. Creo que también estaría cool que las habitaciones tuvieran un frigobar, siempre hace falta meter algo a enfriar.

El ruido, es un hotel que no sirve para descansar. Ponen musica a todo volumen (realmente a todo volumen) desde temprano, tienen un bazar junto a las habitaciones donde los vendedores hacen escándalo desde muy temprano, los jardineros pasando, todo un domingo por la mañana. NO HAY RESPETO A LOS HUÉSPEDES. Un hotel que no sirve para descansar.

Me gusto y lo recomiendo la pasamos muy bien .
Pros:

Siempre hay mejoras que se pueden hacer, pero en general todo me pareció muy bien, ubicación , servicio y calidad . Definitivamente recomendable.

Cons:

Un poco el ruido de la calle pero en general dentro del hotel todo muy tranquilo , hace falta información sobre como moverme para ir a lugares de la ciudad . Alberca y restaurante muy bien.

Muy lindo para pasar el día en Cholula.

Muy buena ubicación. Muy lindo y muy cuidado.

Cons:

Aunque conocíamos de antemano que la hora de check-in era a las 3pm, preguntamos si nos podíamos registrar una hora antes, a lo cual se nos respondió que se cobraba una cuota por ello. Entiendo las razones para hacerlo, pero el cuarto estaba listo y solo nos íbamos a cambiar.

Muy ruidoso. Buen hotel.
Pros:

Hubo una fiesta de pueblo y la música sonó a todo volumen hasta las 3am. A las 6am empezaron los cuetes.
La gente del hotel súper amable, excelente desayuno y buenas instalaciones.
