Pros:

Rooms were very small, so were the facilities. It was only cold cereal for breakfast

Cons:

More to offer for breakfast. For as small of accommodations were, better prices.

What a perfect spot for a family stay!
Pros:

The hotel was quiet and clean and our request for a ground floor unit was accommodated. The hotel is in a safe location and there was no noise or problems. It was affordable, especially for a last minute weekend stay! The staff were on hand to handle our needs and made sure we understood how things like the thermostat worked.

Cons:

I think if you don't pay attention you could be disappointed by breakfast, but I read other reviews so I knew what to expect so I was fine with the offerings. We also wished we had a coffee pot in the room.

Make Sure it's Clean
Pros:

The Morning Staff Young girl smh and the manager not accommodating. Not enough towels in the bathroom, no water, no soap in containers...the room was most likely not cleaned. It was really late when we checked in.

Did not end up staying but, wouldn’t recommend due to the staff being so incredibly ignorant and just outwardly rude
Cons:

The online reservations state they are pet friendly, they are not and will not refund despite being shown their pet friendly advertisement. The staff was also incredibly rude about the fact that I couldn’t bring my dog with me instead of just apologizing for the miscommunication

Meh. It was a place to stay.
Pros:

Convenient location

Cons:

The breakfast was horrible. A box of granola bars, 2 apples, no liquid creamer. Breakfast was non existent.
Air conditioner sounded like a jet. Kept us up a good bit.
2 separate groups of people were getting high in the common area (parking lot).
You had a general overall feeling that very little funding goes to maintaining the building.
They tried but don't have high expectations.

I had to cancel my room when I wanted to get refunded I was refused. I went through Booking.com. They said it was up to super eight, and when I got there, the woman would not pay me.

BIG RED FLAGS
Pros:

The area it is in is nice and convenient to everything, and the room appeared clean.

Cons:

MOST IMPORTANT! THEY COPY YOUR DRIVERS LICENSE AND YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR DEPOSIT PURPOSES....BIG RED FLAG, I made the lady at the front desk give it to me and asked for another way to hold a deposit, so she asked for me to put my card in the card reader, i did so and she she said it will be 3 to 5 business days before i get it back....guess what.... they kept it, I had to call and complain and threaten so I could get my money back.The lady at the desk was friendly at check in but when I had an issue (called about deposit being kept) she raised her voice at me and argued with me). The room needs updated, the bed is no longer supportive, the vent in the bathroom has never been updated or cleaned, its full of dust and what looks like black mold. The owners and staff were out at 8am talking loudly and banging around opening rooms and started cleaning up waking everyone that was still trying to rest.
