Meh. It was a place to stay.
Pros:

Convenient location

Cons:

The breakfast was horrible. A box of granola bars, 2 apples, no liquid creamer. Breakfast was non existent.
Air conditioner sounded like a jet. Kept us up a good bit.
2 separate groups of people were getting high in the common area (parking lot).
You had a general overall feeling that very little funding goes to maintaining the building.
They tried but don't have high expectations.

Pros:

I had to cancel my room when I wanted to get refunded I was refused. I went through Booking.com. They said it was up to super eight, and when I got there, the woman would not pay me.

BIG RED FLAGS
Pros:

The area it is in is nice and convenient to everything, and the room appeared clean.

Cons:

MOST IMPORTANT! THEY COPY YOUR DRIVERS LICENSE AND YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR DEPOSIT PURPOSES....BIG RED FLAG, I made the lady at the front desk give it to me and asked for another way to hold a deposit, so she asked for me to put my card in the card reader, i did so and she she said it will be 3 to 5 business days before i get it back....guess what.... they kept it, I had to call and complain and threaten so I could get my money back.The lady at the desk was friendly at check in but when I had an issue (called about deposit being kept) she raised her voice at me and argued with me). The room needs updated, the bed is no longer supportive, the vent in the bathroom has never been updated or cleaned, its full of dust and what looks like black mold. The owners and staff were out at 8am talking loudly and banging around opening rooms and started cleaning up waking everyone that was still trying to rest.

Terrible, and they wouldn't refund when we didn't even stay. Had to find another place.

Breakfast is a granola bar and a fruit cup, ridiculous

Cons:

Place was a slum, gross and humid. Strange smell and the two towels we were given were covered in dust from an ancient dangerous looking bathroom fan/vent

The room was very clean and smelled fresh. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.
Pros:

Breakfast was very disappointing. There were three granola bars, and three apples and some juice. We had to go somewhere else to have breakfast.

Cons:

Perhaps some yogurt, muffin, bagel or fruit cup. Honestly, an apple and a granola bar just did not qualify as he continental breakfast.

Pros:

Hotel staff is very pleasant and efficient. I checked in and found my room easily from the directions. My room was very clean. Problem was limited parking and other guests were loud, although that is not an issue with the hotel. The hotel has improved greatly with the owners.

I won’t stay there again due to the rude front desk, person, and faulty heating /AC unit.

Cons:

The front desk person was extremely rude when I checked in and very unhelpful. The air conditioning heating unit made awful intermittent noises that kept me up all night the first night. And unfortunately, I was there working and did not have time to contact Maintenance. I was only there to sleep, so I was not able to use the heating unit. I knew the hotel was full, and even if they could move me rooms, it would have to be upstairs (according to the front desk person when I checked in ) and I was absolutely exhausted and couldn’t do the stairs with my stuff/equipment for work. So I just dealt with it - I did not use the heating/ AC unit so I could try to sleep. I left early in the morning and came back late at night.
The people in neighboring units were kind of loud, (some sitting outside on the balcony blasting music ).
