Very bad experence.
Pros:

Only the location is good

Cons:

very dirty, odd smell, waiting for more than 2 hours finally got a little bit warmer in the room, the owner told us they will not turn on the heating even in the winter. The Heat Pump has a lot of dust, the filter even clogged.

The worker was very friendly and answered all our questions.

Cons:

On the surface it was clean but we had to move part of the bed because we dropped a phone behind it and it was filthy.

Fire alarm went off at 5am, twice.

I would stay here again, nice clean, spacious room at a budget friendly price.
Pros:

Great value for your money, very clean room. Convenient location for where we needed to be. 24 hour check in. Family ran business. Offered basic breakfast woth stay.

Cons:

Room had a slight odour , probably because the room had been closed up for a bit, it didn't last too long though. The back lot space could be tidied up some along the fence line, it gave an unsettled vibe upon parking/arrival but everything went fine.

Except for previous comments we enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Very clean and quiet.

Cons:

Wish there had been a coffee machine in the room. Not many stations on the TV. Curtains in the room to short as light came through and would hardly close right onto the laneway beside the room.
