Mi è sembrato poco professionale e soprattutto non giusto chiedermi di pagare in struttura quando avevo già pagato alla prenotazione.
Inoltre non è mai successo che mi chiedessero la carta di credito a garanzia in caso di consumazioni in camera.
Viaggio da decenni e mai nessuno mi ha chiesto una cosa del genere. Se non avessi avuto la carta di credito?

The welcome was very good and the hotel was very nice. The pool area was lovely. Our rooms were clean and well appointed. Would give it 5 stars but for the gripes below!!!

Cons:

The area around the hotel isn't the best, you enter via a not very nice car park. A bit off putting but once inside it's pleasant. €35 for a buffet dinner was a bit steep. The orange juice at breakfast every morning was orange coloured water and they charged €1 for a cup of ice!!!! Don't penny pinch, it leaves a bad impression.
