Es hatte insb. bei den Duschen am Pool sehr viele Wespen. Für Kinder sowie für Personen, die allgergisch sind, ist das sehr gefährlich.
Beim Frühstück waren die Kiwis unreif, es hatte zuwenig Vollkornbrot und es gab keine Kräutertees, nur schwarzteebasierte Tees.

Gut gepflegtes Hotel, Lage geht so, freundliches Personal.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, dafür aber sehr gepflegt und in einem guten Zustand. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Der Blick vom Balkon auf den schönen und gepflegten Pool war wirklich toll. Nach dem wir am ersten Abend vom Essen etwas enttäuscht waren, so haben wir an den folgenden Tagen immer etwas gefunden, was uns gut geschmeckt hat. Manchmal wusste man sogar nicht, wo man anfangen soll. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, auch bei Sonderwünschen aufgrund gesundheitlicher Beschwerden. Der Service am Abend war sehr zügig, morgens jedoch manchmal etwas überfordert. Praktisch war das vollumfängliche Fliegengitter an der Balkontür, so dass man die Tür auch abends bei eingeschaltetem Licht ohne weiteres geöffnet lassen konnte. Sehr positiv überrascht waren wir, dass wir am Abreisetag bereits um 06:15 das fast vollständige Frühstücksbuffet vorgefunden haben, obwohl das Frühstück eigentlich erst ab 07:00 beginnt. Hier hatten wir lediglich eine "Grundausstattung" vermutet. Toll ist der Blick von der Terrasse im 1. OG auf die unmittelbar ans Hotel angrenzende Lagune samt der dort befindlichen Flamingos. Vom benachbarten, öffentlichen Parkplatz hat man meist noch eine bessere Sicht.

Cons:

Die Lage ist leider nicht als idyllisch zu beschreiben, in einiger Entfernung kann an Industrieanlagen sehen. Außerdem ist der Strand nur in einigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Pool war recht kalt, das könnte aber an unserem späten Aufenthalt in der Nebensaison liegen. Der im Schrank installierte Safe fällt sehr klein aus, ein iPad konnten wir nur verkantet unterbringen, beim 14"-Laptop war überhaupt nicht daran zu denken. Die Fruchtsäfte beim Frühstücksbuffet waren leider nur sogenannter Fruchtnektar, also mit hohem Wasseranteil. Die Kaffeegetränke kommen aus einem SB-Automaten, immerhin mit verschiedenen Bohnen.
