התארחנו ב-Piccolo Etna Golf Resort, ומבחינת היופי של המקום, מדובר במלון פשוט מרהיב ויוצא דופן!

המלון נמצא בסביבה מדהימה, מוקף בכרמים, מדשאות גולף ונוף יפהפה. הבריכה החיצונית מהממת, והמלון כולו ברמה גבוהה מאוד. הכול נקי, מטופח ומעוצב בטוב טעם. החדרים יפים ומרווחים, ואפילו קיבלנו שדרוג לחדר גדול יותר ללא תוספת תשלום, למרות שהזמנו דרך Booking. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה טובה ונעימה, ויש שפע של חניה במקום.

אבל יש נקודה אחת שמאוד אכזבה אותנו ופגעה בחוויה.

הזמנו את המלון דרך Booking, וגילינו שההזמנה שלנו לא כוללת כניסה לספא, אפילו לא לבריכה המקורה שבמתחם הספא. הגענו ביום קריר יחסית, כך שהבריכה החיצונית לא ממש הייתה רלוונטית עבורנו.

Cons:

מה שהפריע לי במיוחד הוא ששילמנו מחיר דומה מאוד למחיר של הזמנה ישירה במלון, ובכל זאת נדרשנו לשלם סכום גבוה מאוד נוסף כדי להיכנס לספא. במלון שמציג את עצמו כמלון ספא, ציפיתי שלפחות השימוש בבריכת הספא יהיה כלול במחיר, או שההבדלים בין סוגי ההזמנות יהיו ברורים והגיוניים יותר.

זה באמת חבל, כי מדובר במלון יפהפה וברמה גבוהה, עם פוטנציאל לחוויית אירוח מושלמת. נהנינו מהמקום, אבל נושא הספא השאיר תחושת אכזבה מיותרת ופגע בציון שהייתי נותן למלון.

Cons:

Komische Stimmung, personal nicht unfreundlich aber auch nicht richtig nett. Indoor Pool nur mit 40,00 EUR SPA Zugang möglich.

A hotel in an excellent location, but unfortunately far from meeting the standards expected of a five-star property.
Pros:

Location, Front desk staff, main pool, comfortable bed

Cons:

The furniture is outdated and in need of refurbishment. The dining room staff were unfortunately far from service-oriented and did not provide the level of hospitality one would expect. The housekeeping staff also seemed poorly trained, and the standard of room cleaning was well below expectations.

Location, quietness, relaxing

Cons:

Some of the dinning members need to be trained on how to be more customer oriented.
Only one restaurant was open during my stay.
Gym needs to be more equipped

Hôtel et complexe splendide.
Pros:

Le site est magnifique. L’hôtel est splendide avec sa piscine lagon. Le golf de 18 trous est très beau. Le restaurant est très bon. Tout le personnel est très agréable et serviable. L’hôtel est vraiment au pied de l’Etna que l’on peut voir fumer.

Cons:

Ce n’est pas vraiment une critique mais pour un hôtel de ce standing il n’y avait personne qui parlait français sauf une serveuse au restaurant mais son français était très limité.
