It was one of the worse holiday inn my family has stayed at

Cons:

The smell was we walked in, the breakfast. Eggs were very waters sausage and cinnamon rolls tasted like plastic, carpets are all ripped up and bubbled up 5th floor. TV out dated. Bad service

Always welcoming and comfortable. Breakfast was really good and not the crummy continental breakfast with cold everything. Good selection of fruits, eggs, bacon, breads and cereals.

Cons:

That I had to leave.

Miss Reesey at the front desk was amazing and made my day by going the extra mile. Her kindness will never be forgotten.

Awesome stay
Pros:

Was very quiet, and the front desk ladies was very sweet and informative of everything that was available to me

Cons:

Nothing, except the cold. It was -16 below zero, and i gad my heater on full blast, and still felt chilly. But i don't think thats the hotels fault. Just mother nature. Lol

Great welcoming and compromising staff, beautiful lobby, however, rest of hotel needs updating.
Pros:

The staff at the front desk was professional, ready to help and courteous. As well as the gentleman who had to fix something in the room. Pool was a nice space. Bed was comfortable. The lobby area was clean, warm and inviting.

Cons:

Breakfast buffet not worth $14.95. Rugs in halls were loose (careful not to trip) and dirty. Chair by desk in room the top part of leather was worn away. Toilet paper holder came off the wall. TV didn't work, but was fixed immediately. Front part of sink in bathroom broken. Very outdated room which could use updating.

Solid place!

Mediocre
Pros:

We've been to this location several times because of its location near the UW Hospital. The rooms could use some updating, The toilet seat was gross and very stained. Luckily we carry disenfecting wipes and wiped it down good. After we had settled in, when we returned from bringing the luggage cart back, we noticed the door did not close tight or lock and could be pushed open freely. We immediately requested a new room. Good thing we noticed or we would have been in an unlocked room. Food and service was good at the bar/restaraunt for dinner. I would suggest being able to do carry out for breakfast or take to your room. Not everyone has time to sit down and eat.

Old and worn out
Pros:

This hotel is dated. See pictures. Carpets ripping and falling apart. Guest room bathrooms are in dire need of a renovation. Everything in the room is dated.

We were put up here due to a flight disruption. We called the hotel for a shuttle and were told that there was no staff and we were transferred to a cab company. We got to the hotel and checked in. Our room comments are above.

This hotel is not close to anything so we had to eat there. We went down to the one restaurant on property and were told they do not serve food on Sundays. But they do have frozen pizzas that they can heat up. See picture.

This is not a place anyone should stay. Out right gross.

Prices were high with events in the area but the price for the quality of the room was not worth it

Parts of the shower were moldy and discolored. The heater was very noisy and rattled when starting up.
