Pros:

Sehr ruhig und hübsch gelegenes Hotel. Im Zimmer hat lediglich die Möglichkeit zum Aufhängen der Kleidung gefehlt. Schöne Anlage unweit von La Fortuna!

Because of our experience, I would not stay in this hotel again.
Pros:

Breakfast and the staff were excellent. Views were great. Room was clean.

Cons:

The hotel is 45 minutes to La Fortuna, way too long.
No WIFI in the room, I had to go to the restaurant to work on my computer.
We could not watch TV at all because the cable was not working. We even had our own NETFLIX account but it was unaccessible.
The room had a VERY STRONG ODOR OF CHLOROX. The sink had a very bad odor as well. Smelled like poop.

Accueil très médiocre, chambre avec plein de cafards et autres bestioles, accès à la chambre avec de multiples escaliers une vraie randonnée pour monter les bagages aucune aide proposée. Chambre absolument pas calme du tout on entendait la télé des voisins. Si on avait pas payé d'avances on serait parti sur le champ. Pas de frigo dans la chambre une seule poubelle dans la salle de bains. Un côté du lit sans table de chevet petit déjeuner frugal peu de choix si tu prend un oeuf t'as pas de fruits. Si tu veux plus de café tu dois demander à la serveuse que visiblement tu emmerdes. A fuir au grand galop

Not as therapeutic as we would hope vacation.
Pros:

The staff is the best and only great thing about staying here. Very helpful and pleasant. They did the best they could with the resources allowed. They always tried to cheer us up for everything that went wrong.

Cons:

The rooms are old outdated, not as clean, the towels and linens on the bed was old and worn you could tell this property has great potential but whoever owns it rather let it be as is rather than update it and offer better quality.

Beautiful area, the lake is right next to it, but faraway from Lafortuna and everything else.

Magnifique hôtel avec une vue à couper le souffle 🤩
Pros:

Les chambres impeccables et grandes avec sa petite terrasse avec une vue fantastique . Nous y avons dîné et pris notre petit dej et tout était très bon et parfait . Le personnel est vraiment très gentil et très souriant
Nous avons passé un très très bon séjour ! Merci !!

Na 4 weken reizen door Costa Rica was dit de minste accommodatie:
- douche met zeer weinig water, kunt je haren niet wassen
- gehorigheid, buren hoor je door de dunne muren
- geen wifi op de kamer
- ontbijt 3 keuzes, niet smaakvol
- geen koffie apparaat
- personeel afstandelijk, weinig enthousiasme
- zwembad niet uitnodigend door grijze tegels, bar niet open, geen handdoeken
- geen kluis op de kamer
- mini wastafel, geen ruimte om tandenborstel neer te zetten

The walls between the rooms are not well soundproofed: you can hear the neighbors, everything they say. They talk and make noise; it is very annoying.
