Was a Terrible Experience and Point of taking a Suite Room 321 is absolutely a WASTE

Unfortunately very bad experience for me !

The room no 321 allotted was a mess in terms of :
TV was not connected and remote was missing from the room…

The typical standard force whim should be there for water flow in shower and wc was not there

The faucet was uncleaned and bad

Shampoo and Soap dispenser were very low quality and not very user friendly either

The mattress and pillow and in general the material were stinking of something like sweat

The in room - Tea coffee arrangement was vey ordinary like a 2 star hotel and in tea choices kept was only tetley and clearly seems lack of any good options and cost cutting it seems ?

Even the reception, house keeping and room service weren’t able to assist in sending any better choices of tea sachet when I even offered to pay for same sadly !

The access to building in which the room 331 is, the area smells outside building probably there is some ETP or STP around is what the guard there told me …
When you wait for a few minutes there for a hotel cart to come and fetch you, you deal with constant mosquitoes in air troubling anyone who waits there …..

The Person making Dosa on live counter, was probably for first time in his life or have couple of times maybe in past I presume, isn’t it ???
When he coughs and puts his hand the right one and immediately uses the same hand to take some liquid from a bowl or something and spread it on the hot pan ….
I didnt feel like saying anything to him and d simply went away to my table where I was sitting with 2 other guest who from Japan whom I had made to stay in same hotel…
When the product was delivered on my table ! I didn’t eat it obviously and neither created any unpleasant situation as I wouldn’t want name of my country to be tarnished as well…
It seems lack of hygiene is also a concern and probably the hotel being one of the old one having reputation and easy businesses, they do not care for quality and all above aspects…
