Bellissimo! Dopo una settimana di ostelli e appartamenti, ci voleva proprio una notte rigenerante in hotel. Pulitissimo, staff cordiale e disponibile, bagno bello e comodo. Set the-caffe e biscotti. Possibilità di usare la piscina, purtroppo non abbiamo avuto tempo. Parcheggio compreso e comodissimo.

A mixed opinion
Pros:

The location was really good, and there was plenty of parking. The bar staff were so friendly and the food was amazing.

Cons:

The check in experience wasn't great, one staff member wasn't the most helpful on a number of occasions. There was also confusion over a sensory box I had pre-ordered the week before arrival. I was told it wasn't available when I arrived and after I had paid the €50 deposit for it, my kids were very disappointed.
After awhile, reception "found one" in the back.

Wonderful Hotel
Pros:

Great hotel with friendly staff
Pros:

Very large family room with 2 Double beds. Staff were very friendly and chatty especially Flynn in the bar and the duty manager. Made us feel like locals. Food in restaurant was lovely.

Cons:

Lovely room directly over reception. There was a wedding on and we could hear people leaving the wedding but reception had ear plugs which we got for the second night.

Pros:

Staff were friendly,close to town centre

Cons:

Room was quite far from elevator and had to go up stairs with cases. There was a vent or something outside our room which made the floor vibrate in bathroom and it was quite loud. No air con so room was quite warm.

Pros:

La vue sur la rivière était agréable.

Cons:

La décoration est datée. Les matelas sont beaucoup trop mous. La télévision fonctionne très mal. Enfin, nous sommes trois dans la chambre alors qu'il n y a que deux chaises et deux verres. Il y avait de la poussière sur les têtes de lit.
