Beds were comfortable. Loved the bath tub. Room was nice & clean. Breakfast was very good with hot & cold items to choose from.
When I checked in, I asked if we could get a ride from the airport back to the hotel as we had a car rental we needed to return to the airport. She checked the shuttle schedule & said yes! We agreed on a time & she even wrote it down for us, I guess she never wrote it down on the shuttle schedule. We went to our room dropped off our luggage & headed out to return the car. When we were leaving to return the car back to the airport, the staff said that the woman who checked us in never wrote it down on the shuttle sheet. The driver was already done for the day, and saw that he had no one else to pick up so he ended the shift. We had to catch a taxi back to the hotel from the airport.

They should arrange the shuttle bus Transportation better in the sense that we are all jampacked very tight in seating and not enough room for luggage. I have to put my hand carry luggage on my knees. Room temperature is low, try to turn off the Air Condition, however, could not do it.
They should not Jam Pack the shuttle bus at all. We went for dinner at the restaurant yet. They are so confused with the billing. Three of us went, and they charged only two. We were honest and told them so and paid them. We paid in cash yet they don’t have change, and we have to wait for 10 minutes and get all the coins back. There has no restaurant close by so no options.

I originally booked because of location and convenience of being so close to train station
I booked the Crowne Plaza because of location and convenience of the train being literally behind it. But with last minute of train line being out of service really killed our 2 full days there. I understand hotel had no control over this but I feel they could have offered to shuttle guests to the other train station. Although coach buses were in place for people to get around and to get to the train station for all the Venice goers having it run only once an hour made it a journey to get to Venice. It took 2 hours there and 2 hours back. So if they would have offered shuttle service it would have been nice.

Ademas el restaurante no estaba abierto el día que llegamos habría solo para la cena cuando podrían estar abierto para el almuerzo cuando yo iba con un grupo grande y había llegado una guagua con más personas fue un poco incómodo esa parte.
So convenient! Next to the train station? Excellent pick up even late at night? Good breakfast? Overall very good value? Special shout out to reception staff, especially the charming Matteo!!
