Pros:

The place is clean, modern in the lobby, and updated enough in the spacious family room we had. Breakfast is good and staff generally very courteous and kind.

Cons:

The person on the staff overnight seemed irritated that we arrived so late. I could see that he tried to be as courteous and kind as he could through his annoyance, but he also wanted us clearly to know that we had done wrong by arriving that late. I've never before experienced an employee at a major hotel chain who was annoyed that a traveler arrived at an odd time. In my experience, it's a given that people arrive at the hotel at odd times, and the welcome that I've received at hotels no matter what time we arrived has always been part of why we chose a hotel like this instead of one of the endless small hotels in Italy, to receive a comforting and non-judgmental welcome after our uncomfortable journeys. No one wants to be driving on the road at two o'clock in the morning with two little kids, one who is sick, and a dog - do we have to be made to feel bad about it too? It colors my feeling about our entire stay here.

Pros:

Locația excelenta, lângă gara, cu posibilitatea de a ajunge în Veneția din 30 in 30 de min, la un preț de 15 eur pt 4 persoane /o ruta.
Curat, cu camere mari, paturi confortabile, lenjerie și prosoape albe, perfect curate.

Cons:

Puțin cam invechit, dar autentic. Nu e prea grozava mâncarea de la restaurant, nu recomand!
