Clean and tidy local train close by.
High price for being out of the way from Venice airport or train station. Had to stay one night to sort out our car hire, was an unexpected stay.

Bathroom could be updated Tub is big but difficult to get in and out of. No grab bars.

Our first room was very disappointing. Smelled like a sewer and bathtub was not draining and dirty. They transferred us to another room the next day and it was much better

On the morning of my departure, I missed the hotel shuttle to the airport, most likely due to my failure to note the correct time of departure. The staff, sensing my disappointment at missing the shuttle, not only arranged for a taxi to the airport, but paid for it as well. That earned my eternal gratitude and loyalty. Bravo Crowne Plaza!

Fantastic breakfast! 2 mins from the train station. Wheelchair available which was fantastic, as I was on crutches.
The bathrooms in the room is old and dated. It is very difficult to navigate a wheelchair in the disabled bathroom.
The disabled bathroom by the bar, was not wide enough to get a wheelchair in the door. A big design flaw!
Our room with a "garden view" was more a of "train view".
My husband witnessed a lady sitting in the restaurant garden area, have her handbag stolen, by some guy who walked in and then walked out and ran off. (This is not the hotels fault, but a reminder to be careful).
There are no cafes or restaurants close to the hotel. The restaurant in the hotel, had good food, but you need to book in advance.
Great hotel, right next to the train station for convenient ride to Venice. They offer free airport shuttle. Good cafes and pizza place around.
