A bit far from shops and main streets

Our room was comfortable and had a nice view of a garden and partial view of the ocean.
Parking was tight and food options were limited.

Our tv would turn it self on each morning at 545am reported to reception and was told it would be looked at but next day did same thing

The pool was cold, despite meaning to be an indoor heated pool.
The check in, was told try and accommodate for early but they couldn’t which was fine. But then when there at 3pm, room still wasn’t available and with three kids … not ideal after a long drive

3x phone calls before the stay asking if I wanted free breakfast to hear about their club offers… but failed to tell me the pool was out of order.
From 10am until 2:30pm on Sunday they had someone high pressure hosing the pool area - couldn’t enjoy sitting outside, watching TV, napping or using the spa due to the noise!!!
Outdoor spa was packed and not a comfortable temp

Pool was closed, main feature and was not made aware or discounted when booking. Second time here and second time an unknown issue with the pool. Also the cafe was closed again. Was a bit of a let down

Limited food options left by dinner time Sunday night, sad they have basically no restaurant or even a cafe.

Location across from beach. Good lap pool, towels provided. Nice outdoor pool and big spa.
Spacious Deluxe One bedroom apartment with large balcony and second toilet with washing machine. Big kitchen but very limited utensils, dining wear and cutlery. Good water pressure and hot water. Friendly staff. Good underground carpark. Handy and fast lifts.
Aircon vents need urgent clean, dust buildup beyond capacity. No Netflix!!!!! TV without connection to internet so unable to log in into own apps.
No Restaurant!!!!!!!!! Big resort complex without breakfast
Very basic gym.
Please get new tennis table and rackets! The one in common room is broken, cheeped and uneven.
