Relaxing stay.
Pros:

We were there in winter, very quite. Lovely outdoor pool area. Comfortable beds and pillows. Room had an outdoor seating area. I was with elderly Mum so booked the room with disability bathroom. It was set up well though she thought a non slip mat on floor of shower may have been useful.

Cons:

Had difficulties filling the kettle from bathroom tap. Filled it up glass by glass!😁

Comfortable, good location. Resort is tired, needs some updating

Size of apartment, outdoor pool, games room and table tennis for kids, location

Cons:

Carpet needs replacing in apartment 328. Some carpeted areas of the apartment are a tripping hazard. Surfaces in bedroom were dusty. Outdoor setting and chairs had significant bird poo on them, which you could tell had been there for some time

Perfect, relaxing and just amazing. Amazing room, great pools and friendly staff.
Pros:

Highly enjoyed my stay. As a seasoned traveller, this is definitely up there with one of the best hotels I've stayed in. Staff were very very friendly, and the room was clean and very big. 2 ensuites! Loved using the pools, in fact we used them every day. The location was stunning! right on the beach front. Loved this stay so much and highly recommend it.

There was no restaurant, but we had a very nice kitchen.

Comfortable, very clean and great beachside location
Pros:

We loved the position of our room, just adjacent to the pool and heated spa. The underground carpark was very handy and the lift made ferrying luggage easy. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. There was a small issue with the shower head, but when I notified the staff it was fixed within an hour.
It was very quiet, though perhaps that was because it was mid-winter!

It was a great stay
Pros:

Great location, very helpful staff

Cons:

The cafe was really limited in what they had, not really suitable for additional dietary requirements.
It’s a small thing but very limited tv channels, it normally wouldn’t bother me too much but it was winter and school holidays.

Pros:

Very comfortable room, although it was winter pool looked amazing

Cons:

No servicing of rooms? For the money you would at least like fresh towels and your bed made. Bathroom vanity amenities were also non existent. Overall a comfortable stay, ‘ocean view’ rooms are on the main road so traffic noise needs to be considered .
