The room was very dirty and smaller like dog had pissed on the carpet. We requested a pool view and the property gave us a garden view and said they had no rooms to move too.

Great location but didn't live up to expectations given the price paid.
Pros:

Pool was great for grandkids. Suite was very good and well furnished. Location was very good.

Cons:

Our single room was very small and had limited use other than to sleep. Facilities generally were quite limited, not really as extensive as we were expecting. Parking had limited availability at busy times.

Location is excellent, staff were friendly

Cons:

l booked and paid for an ocean view room, with a balcony, and was given a ground floor room, facing the ocean, but couldn't see the ocean view due to the foliage. Was told by reception that room is listed as ocean view, therefore they advertise it as such!! There was no balcony, only a terrace with a small table and two chairs, right next to the neighbouring room, with absolutely no dividing between them. So zero privacy. Sliding door didn't lock, so we were unable to secure the room each time we left it. Had a friendly maintenance guy "fix" it, but it still didn't work. There were crumbs on the floor from last guest. Most of the plates etc had food residues from past guests.
