Overall, a lovely stay and we’d come back again!
Pros:

This is my second stay at your resort. Because my first experience was so positive, I specially brought my mother and aunt this time to enjoy a getaway together.

We stayed in a Two-Bedroom Suite, and for the most part, everything was wonderful; my family truly enjoyed their time here.

Cons:

However, I would like to offer some feedback to help improve your service:

Cleanliness: Upon opening some of the cabinets, I noticed they weren't as clean as expected. More importantly, we found leftover cake crumbs on the coffee cup saucers from the previous guest. While this was acceptable for us this time, it is something that could be improved.

Suggestions: I believe it would be fantastic if the resort could offer a simple breakfast service in the future. Additionally, using steam cleaning for the carpets would make the rooms feel much fresher and more premium.

Our consierge or gentlemen who gave us the run down of the resort was incredibly hard to understand. 3 adults walked away and we genuinely couldnt piece together what he said..

Not happy. I don’t know if I can trust booking:com in the future

Location was great

Cons:

There was so many bugs in our room we had to move rooms to a smaller room. The next room was dirty with faulty blinds and the noice from the roof was unbearable
I struggled to sleep aswell as my partner.

Location was amazing, walking distance to everything.

Cons:

First room we checked into have a loud whistling wind sound blowing through the room even with the windows closed. Changed rooms (which they made us pay extra for) and the room we moved to had an adjoining room next to it and you could hear EVERYTHING through the wall and door.

Relaxing long weekend
Pros:

Option for swim in indoor pool.
opposite the beach.
Easy check in and out esp 11 am check out

Shower in bath
Wall cupboard in bedroom couldn't access fully because bed side table blocked.

Pros:

The Outdoor Pool Area is very nice.

Cons:

Our room was rather dated and not as nice as we had expected. The indoor 'heated' pool was rather cold. There is no restaurant on the property. Parking garage is extremely tight.

Pros:

The facilities were great, winkypops staff lovely and accommodating. Excellent location accross the rd from the beach

Cons:

Front staff were rude, tried to get an hour later checkout as my toddler had fallen asleep and she wasn’t even able to accommodate for an hour later checkout.
Dishes in kitchen were put away dirt and had to be rewashed.
