Unexpected beauty, cleanliness, and comfort
Pros:

This was such an unexpected great value from cleanliness and comfort to breakfast and location. We had a balcony that faced the Colorado river. So beautiful to enjoy breakfast with a river view

Nice location and clean room, but had some disappointments.
Pros:

The property was clean. We liked the location next to the river.

Cons:

We were placed in an ADA room and did not request it. The shower was terrible because the shower head was low and a standing person couldn’t fit under it. It was in the middle of the shower which made it spray out into the bathroom. Their WiFi was down and we weren’t able to search for details for activities and restaurants.

Pros:

Desk hostess upon checkin at 9pm very nice and professional. It was very busy and she was the only one working.

Cons:

Disgusting. Dirty. No WiFi. Room stunk and was hot. Garbage canisters outside overflowing. Will not ever stay at a holiday inn again.

Clean, standard chain hotel stay. Nothing wrong, nothing special
Pros:

Very comfy bed. Quiet.

Cons:

Typical chain hotel, exactly what you expect but nothing more - no charm, no personality, nothing to make it memorable. Breakfast should include more fresh items than apples and oranges.

Amazing view!
Pros:

Loved the location!!! Waking up by a river was incredible! Enjoyed my morning coffee, just sitting there. Breakfast was great!

Cons:

The sofa bed was absolutely terrible!!! Pad was so thin, my son had bars sticking into his back

Great price for a quick family trip. Will be staying again.
Pros:

The location was very conveniently located right off I-70. The pool/spa was very clean and towels were provided. I continental breakfast was delicious. We ate breakfast on the back patio alongside the river.
