Cons:

The tvs didn’t work, the wallpaper in the bathroom was cracking and there was mold behind it. The bathroom floor tile was cracked and a tripping hazard. Breakfast was lack luster. Juice machine broken. Fridge with bottled juice gallons inside that everyone is touching. Just not up to par

The breakfast was excellent. Everything was well organized and seasoned nicely. The view of the dining room to the Colorado River is also a bonus.

The pool area and the pool itself was not the cleanest.

Adequate but overpriced
Pros:

Staff were nice and breakfast and room were adequate. I needed a place I could have my dogs so I appreciated that.

Cons:

Nothing within safe walking distance, the headboard in our room was ripped and peeled. I reported it to the front desk and was told that they knew and that they would be remodeling soon. The deposit for dogs was expensive and non refundable. The room cost me an extra $100 on top of an already pricy bill. It is difficult to determine that cost thru the website ahead of timed of time. While I appreciated the room overall, I’m not sure it was worth what we ended up paying and I would find somewhere in Rifle next time instead.

I loved it for the price but wouldn't be my first choice. I needed to stay there a wedding nearby.
Pros:

I can't honestly say there was anything I truly liked besides the price I got for the room.

Cons:

The cleanliness could be much much better. We had a cracked lampshade. There was hair our sheets. The tub could've been scrubbed much better. The floor was stiff without socks on. Etc....

Pros:

Was traveling to this location and 2 days before scheduled check in wife got checked into hospital in Santa Fe NM, contacted property to cancel reservation and was told no, even with Expedia trip protection no refund was provide by property or Expedia. Very upset about this.
