Pros:

The breakfast was decent. I had to leave early do to a family emergency. I was charged, the late check out fee, and the remainder will be refunded. I was so elated and pleased. The clerk, I did not get her name immediately offered to help me. I appreciate her understanding and kindness in my time of need.
