Cons:

The pool and hot tub filthy and dirty. This was the main attraction; to stay at this facility, indoor swim area. It failed my expectations.

Neat & convenient hotel!
Pros:

The hotel was very nice and clean, and smelled great upon entry into the lobby. The hotel staff were personable and helpful. The room was neat and had good A/C. The WiFi worked well. The fitness center was small but had adequate equipment. I didn’t visit the indoor pool, but it seemed like people were having a nice time there. I had no issues with my stay! The hotel was in a very convenient location, located right next to the interstate. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice, get away
Pros:

It was close to everything as far as food and shopping. The pool facilities were nice but many windows were broken out of the pool area.

Cons:

There were roaches in the room and the toilet did not flush well.

This was hands down one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had! The biggest reason was Tony and Nancy in the breakfast area. As military personnel attending training, it meant a lot to have breakfast available early enough to take care of us when many other hotels wouldn't even consider it. Their dedication, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond did not go unnoticed. They started every morning with a smile and made us feel genuinely welcome.

The entire staff at the Holiday Inn Gulfport deserves recognition. Every single person I encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to help. It's rare to find a hotel where everyone seems to truly care about the guests.

And let's talk about the jacuzzi—absolutely phenomenal! After long days of training, it was the perfect place to relax and recover. Clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed.

If you're military, traveling for work, or just looking for a great place to stay in Gulfport, this is it. Outstanding service, amazing people, and top-notch amenities. Tony and Nancy are rock stars, and they helped make this stay unforgettable. I'll definitely be back!
