Great Service
Pros:

My stay was pleasant and the breakfast was great. The attending server, Nancy, was the best. She was the only one on duty, but despite working alone with 5 customers, she made it happen with a smile. Kudos to Nancy.

I loved the hotel , great experience and great food. Breakfast was amazing , the service they provided was amazing. The only thing tha scared me is the creepy elevator lol but other than that I had an amazing time

Would stay there again if it was a good deal but would probably prefer a different hotel over this one.
Pros:

Loved the breakfast & the chefs there were always friendly & attentive. Also loved the location.

Cons:

The jacuzzi was out of order the entire week we were there, the beds were too firm for my liking.

hotel room wasn’t clean , housekeeping did not clean my room for 2 days and didn’t try to clean it until it was my check out day. the sheets on one bed had red lipstick on it, the bathroom shower had dirt and hair stuck to the wall . The shower had dirt in certain areas that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months.

Pros:

The sup at the front desk (Sarah) Friday morn was great, Ms Nancy at breakfast was great, lady who served hot water for tea was great, saw chief wiping counter really nice & was able to compliment. Thanks IHG Holiday Inn Gulfport MS. Plan to return nxt 3 months at least 1 ngt.

The best holiday inn I’ve been to
Pros:

Nancy and the kitchen staff, the front desk staff, the cleaning staff all went above and beyond for us. I couldn’t have asked for a better hotel experience, I don’t usually stay at holiday inns but this experience has completely changed my mind.
