Awesome stay and would recommend to anyone.
Pros:

Location was super convenient. Room was clean and comfortable and had a great kitchen with our own ice machine

Cons:

The staff was downright rude at the check in. I asked for additional keys, Jessica, took over 10 minutes to get them to me. After asking her about where the elevators were located, she replied “you can take the stairs.” As a IHG member I know I don’t need to write down my license number on the check in form, but she made me write it down. The room keys she gave stopped working the next day even though our stay was 2 nights. Very disappointed that the hotel would employ staff that are rude and go out of their way to be unhelpful.

Pros:

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Great location. Extra cot was surprisingly very comfy.

Cons:

No breakfast is a bummer, no pool. We hoped for a river view, but did not get it.

A comfortable stay.
Pros:

The rooms were very spacious, beds were comfortable, and the was mostly all very friendly. There wasn't a lot of noise in the halls and having a little kitchen in the room was really nice. We were able to save money on meals by fixing our own.

Cons:

The rooms were very comfortable and the beds were soft. It was advertised that there was a pool and hot tub and I knew I would need it after an 11 hour drive so I booked this hotel. I arrived late and asked how late the hot tub was available and they explained that they didn't have one. The lady was irritated that I hadn't looked at the ad, which I had. I explained to the manager the next day and she stated that they were trying to get the ad fixed.

Pros:

Clean place. The kitchenette is small but well-equipped, so it has everything you need. The view through the window is beautiful—especially from the room with the balcony facing the river, where I stayed.

Cons:

Room cleaning is only provided for stays longer than a week. There is a coffee machine in the room, but only one portion of coffee was provided. Since the machine uses a different type than the one I have at home, it doesn’t make sense to buy a full pack just for a short stay, as it would likely go to waste.

Great walking trail, very clean
Pros:

Staff was great!! View of Snake River and walking trail was wonderful. Close to great restaurants. Highly recommend Stockman's Steakhouse. Clean establishment.

Cons:

Beds were really hard.
