Generally good value noted (e.g., 15% off at Perkins, helpful staff, comfortable stays), though some guests felt the property shows age and one reported an uncomfortable bed.

Pros:

The AC made the rooms smell musty or mildewy. They kindly switched me to another room, but it was the same. Overall, it’s a nice place but paint, bathroom caulk, and such things are older and dated. I don’t mind older condition, but the smell from the AC was troublesome.
