I just did.
Cons:

Nothing worked in our room. Other than that it was fine. Heater didn’t work and it had 2 microwaves that nether one worked. Stove top was way under powered. Took an hour to boil water. Auto shutting door was broken and didn’t work. I’m not expecting a complete refund but something would be nice. Maybe 50% back or something.

Overall it was fine. We were just there 2 nights. The staff was very friendly and professional.
Pros:

I did not eat breakfast. Unfortunately a lot of the food had too many preservatives.

Cons:

Having real half and half as an option for coffee. Coffee mate is not healthy. So my husband walked to Target to get us cream.
The hallway unfortunately had a strong smell. Not sure what it was.

Check-In was quick and easy. A big shout out to Dayla, the front desk evening manager. She was very professional and very easygoing. Made you feel important and acted like we had been friends for years.

Nice hotel, but right on the interstate. Bring your sound machine with you.

I have stayed in this hotel several times and I like it.

Cons:

I requested a top floor room, received an email that they could accommodate me, and then when I checked in, there were no rooms available on the top floor. Front desk person told me that when I make the reservation through Booking.com, they do not receive my request. Booking.com and the hotel need a better way to communicate.

Pros:

While the facility itself could use some better quality repairs and finished, the staff was outstanding! They were consistently pleasant the entire stay! Although I didn’t use the laundry facilities, I love that they were complementary because that is extremely unusual! Also, although I didn’t use the Fitness facility, it was very small and left a lot to be desired.

Nasty and smells
Pros:

All construction workers. Charged ridiculous fees for amenities you won’t use. Dirty dirty hallway. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and this was nasty. I’m pretty sure our room hasn’t been cleaned and it smelled so badly. Thank the lord we are only here to sleep.
