Good stay.

People pleasant, everything clean and smell good

Staff was so helpful when I had an issue with my reservation through Expedia. They were very patient and kind throughout a 45 minute issue in getting us checked in.

Sadly the towels here are nasty. Ive stayed here multiple times and every time I get 2-4 towels with mystery spots on them. The pantry is nice but they keep the exact same selection each time kind of boring, it would be nice to see a change.

Upon arrival in the evening after a full day of College drop off; The card machine was down and i was asked to fill out a form that wasn’t user friendly on a phone so although I tried I was unable to fill out this form. When we finally got to the room there was hair ALL over the bathroom; hanging from “fresh” towels on the floor near the toilet, in the shower. I took a video of this. The following day when we go back to the hotel again after another long day for some reason housekeeping only made up one bed and not both and there was hair again in the bathroom. During such a stressful time i didn’t expect for me to have to deal with this at my hotel at the end of the day. Ive stayed at this location 3xs over the past 1year but doubt I will go back.

Awesome experience. Hotel is clean, excellent customer service. Keala had the best attitude and made our entire day. It had been a nightmare of a day and she changed our entire outlook.

Very clean and spacious entry. Lobby had beautiful entryway flowers, very friendly staff and the lobby had a very welcoming feel.

Overall good experience for a short one night stay.

The Delta Marriott was truly an amazing stay. We were there for a girls trip myself, my mom and my little girl. We felt absolutely safe and the staff at the front desk were so kind and so sweet to my little one.
The Hotel itself was beautiful and clean. I have stayed at many hotels and this by far was the best stay we have ever had.
The rooms were clean and housekeeping was wonderful.
I can be very picky when it comes to things being clean and friendly when traveling with a little one and I must say that this Hotel was excellent.
The restaurant at the Hotel was great also!
