Pros:

Great location. Good sized room for a reasonable rate (considering it’s manhattan)

Cons:

The elevators weren’t fast enough for the number of floors and I think only 1 out of 2 was working. Also, the breakfast area is too small for the number of guests… it was rammed!

Best location in NYC
Pros:

Best location if you want to walk around the heart of NYC. Just a few steps from Times Square, Chinatown, Empire State....... all the fun things! Staff was very friendly. Best thing, they have new mattresses.

Cons:

Overwhelmed elevators during breakfast time, with more than 30 floors, it is difficult to keep up with such demand.

posizione perfetta, in centro e vicino a tutto. camera pulita, un po' datata ma ben tenuta, i metri quadrati a New York costano e non se hanno sprecati nelle camere...

Cons:

unico appunto è che due ascensori per più di 200 stanze sono un po' pochi... qualche volta siamo scesi a piedi ma eravamo solo al 7 piano....
