It was a good stay, I would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Although the hotel is on the older side, it was a pleasant stay.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
Rooms were clean.
Location was fantastic.

Cons:

The breakfast room was a bit small for the amount of rooms.
This hotel has 30 odd floors and the breakfast room was tiny.
There wasn't enough hot breakfast, when we went down at 8.30 the hot breakfast was finished.

Good location, but very poor cleanliness, bad facilities, unpleasant smell in the hotel and a disappointing overall expe
Pros:

The only positive point was the location. It is very convenient and close to public transport and main attractions.

Cons:

The room was not cleaned on the first day.
The elevators had extremely long waiting times, sometimes over 20 minutes.
There were people smoking inside the hotel and a strong smell of marijuana throughout the building.
Many people were going in and out of the hotel who did not appear to be guests, which made us feel unsafe.
The rooms are old, dirty and poorly maintained.
The breakfast was very bad – the food quality was poor and the juice was not natural. I do not recommend the breakfast at all.

Pros:

Muy cómodo , destacamos la autonomía para disponer de los servicios ! Impecable la atención: café / té y chocolate caliente a disposición durante todo el día . Permiten el servido de Delivery ese detalle es más que importante !! Fue una buena elección

Overall a great experience for the price - I would recommend staying in this budget hotel
Pros:

This hotel is very close to a lot of subway stations and provided complimentary water/cookies/chips. The workers are very accommodating and provided our requests. We also received a welcome bag upon check in which was a plus

Cons:

The breakfast hall is very small and it can get very crowded during peak breakfast time. The elevator can only hold 6 people or else the elevator will get stuck and everyone inside will have to get evacuated by the staff.

Pros:

Cons:

Elevator was RIDICULOUS!!!!!!! Every single time, had to wait for a very long time to get to our room and/or leave our room. Waited 45 mins to just exit our floor and check out.

Sentralt hotell som holdt oss hydrerte og varme

Jeg elsket beliggenheten, vi var virkelig midt i alt! Det var kort vei til Times Square, og Broadway. I tillegg var det kakao, og kjeks midt på dagen i resepsjonen som hjalp på kulden. Rommet var greit, og det var gøy å være så høyt oppe. Noe lett slitasje på rommet, men grei standard, og rent. Frokosten var grei. Vi fikk i tillegg gratis vann, og chips i resepsjonen, noe som var veldig behagelig.

This hotel was pleasant and comfortable.
Pros:

It was a clean and friendly place. The bed was very comfortable, and they gave customers free bottles of water and chips. The room was quiet and the temperature was comfortable. My husband said the breakfast was adequate. Location was good.

Cons:

The shower was pretty cold the first morning, but I was able to able to run the water for a while and flush the toilet to get a warmer shower on the second day. I would also recommend staying on a lower floor, as there was only one elevator working when we were there.

Excelente trato del personal!
Pros:

La atención del personal, excelente el trato de Enah y Touria, también el personal del desayuno súper amable, nos prepararon el desayuno el día que llegamos aunque el comedor ya había cerrado. Excelentes los detalles de cortesía como el chocolate caliente, las cookies, el agua y los chips, y el café en la habitación. El personal de limpieza también excelente, nos trajeron una cuna y luego la llevaron ya que mi bebé no la quiso usar jaja. Ubicación excepcional.

Cons:

La calefacción de la habitación era muy fuerte, también entraba un poco de viento por la ventana, la alfombra necesita un recambio
