Excellent location within Manhattan. At first glance, a good price for the hotel. Free bottled water and chips at the reception. However, the staff working in hotels in poor technical condition

Cons:

Two beds with dimensions of 140x190cm for 4 people are unacceptable, the bathroom is not ventilated, the room is musty, the duvets and pillows smelled. Every other evening the card to unlock the room did not work. Breakfast poor. Low selection of dishes. Almost no options to sit down for breakfast.

atención al cliente muy desagradable. Estoy desde marzo intentando resolver un inconveniente de terceros, confirmaron una reserva cuando nunca llegue y no quisieron devolverme el dinero ni aceptar la modification de fecha para pagar la diferencia. Muy mal trato por parte de la manager del hotel. La verdad no lo recommends en absoluto. Ademas la habitación era muy peaueña en comparacion al precio, el aire no funcionaba correctamente. La cafetera no funciona. Todo muy Antigua sin renovaciones. El ascensor se demora a muchisimo, en fin una estadia para el olvido.

Location was great staff was wonderful beds were hard didn’t sleep well rooms could use a face lift and check the sheets
Pros:

The staff was very helpful the breakfast area was always lean no matter how packed it was and the view we had was beautiful the pillows were super soft

Cons:

The rooms were a little outdated the mattress was hard and the furniture looked a little worn down also there were hairs on the sheets when we pulled the covers back

Tesis times Meydanı’na 5 dakika mesafede bulunuyor. 36 katlı kocaman bir bina. Biz en üst katta konaklama deneyimine sahip olduk harika bir şehir manzarası vardı odamızda. Personel gelen anlamda güler yüzlü ve ilgililerdi. Odamız resimlerde göründüğü büyüklükteydi. Yatak oldukça rahattı. Hatta biz oradayken tüm odaların yatakları yenilendi. Her gün temizlik hizmeti aldık. Kahvaltı yeterliydi biten ürünlerin yenilemesi sürekli yapılıyordu. Resepsiyonda sürekli personel var her türlü sorularımız yanıtlandı destek aldık herkese çok teşekkür ederiz.

Cons:

Kahvaltı idare eder diyebilirim. Biz 13 gün konaklama yaptık. Sadece her gün aynı kahvaltı olması biraz sıkıcı oldu. En büyük problem asansör. Kahvaltı saatinde Asla yeterli gelmiyor. 10 bazen 15 dakika asansör bekliyorsunuz çünkü kahvaltı saatinde gerçekten çok yoğun oluyor. Bunun dışında asansörde problem yok. Aslında olası bir durum bu.
