The location was excellent. I liked the breakfast selection, the welcome bag, the refreshments in the lobby and it was clean. The cleaning staff even came back to clean because we were still in the room.

Pésima atención. Me dieron una habitación con el inodoro obstruído. Tuvimos que convivir con la materia fecal durante cuatro noches a pesar de los múltiples reclamos. Prometieron remediar y devolver la plata y no lo hcieron.

A huge disappointment.
Cons:

We booked a room for the night at the Holiday Inn Express Times Square via Booking.com. Upon arrival, we went up to the room assigned to us on the 22nd floor. However, within an hour, we encountered a major elevator malfunction that prevented us from going down; we had to use the stairs instead. Since we were scheduled to leave at 3:00 AM for a taxi to the airport, we asked when the elevator would be fixed, as we couldn't possibly carry heavy luggage down 22 flights of stairs in the middle of the night. The hotel manager stated he had no idea when the elevator would be repaired. He said that if we wanted to leave, that was fine—he understood our position—and promised that once Booking.com contacted him, he would approve a cancellation without charge. Yet, to this day, he has failed to provide that approval, even though Booking.com has requested it. When Booking.com contacted the front desk and asked to speak with the manager, the receptionist behaved abominably—slamming down the phone and failing to provide any updates on the status of the issue. This is highly inappropriate behavior for a hotel considered to be a good one in Manhattan.

Long wait to leave hotel throughout the day. Lack of attention to what was requested for service.

Breakfast included. Free water bottles.

Cons:

The elevator was broken and at popular times took 10-20 mins. Also the maid service didn't listen as one to time asked for trash and dirty towels to be removed. I came back hours later abd it was still there. They also took the shower curtain which wasn't asked. So I had to ask for shower curtain back .
