Cramped but convenient.
Pros:

Breakfast was good and excellent location

Cons:

Mattresses were in rough shape and dining area felt too crowded. Staff was cordial but not as welcoming as other IHG locations.

The location and the staff. Free bottled water and hot chocolate was also very thoughtful

Cons:

The heating/cooling system. The room was extremely cold as the system always blew cold air even when turned off. It would also make really loud noises in the middle of the night.

The staff was nice. The rooms are typical of New York, meaning very compact; however, the room was very clean.

Cons:

The wait for the elevators was extremely long. The building has 30 floors and only has two very small elevators.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ottima posizione.

Ho soggiornato a fine febbraio proprio a durante il MONSTER STORM. Camera confortevole considerando che a New York rientri la sera per dormire e riparti al mattino. Eravamo al secondo piano e la camera era calda (fuori nevicava) e soprattutto insonorizzata perfettamente. Di certo all’ora di punta i due ascensori erano pieni, ma con un pò di pazienza si fa tutto. Il personale super disponibile, bottigliette d’acqua e snack sempre gratis a disposizione degli ospiti. Colazione abbondante sia dolce che salata. Alzandoci non troppo tardi abbiamo sempre trovato posto. A 5 minuti a piedi da Time Square e dalla metro. Cambio asciugamani e lenzuola ogni giorno. Consiglio vivamente! Semmai dovessi tornare a New York lo riprenderò in considerazione.
