Nice hotel
Pros:

Cleanliness, friendly staff, good breakfast with a variety to choose from.

Cons:

The pool is not heated and we were visiting during the colder season...but not a big deal.

Enjoyable breakfast & comfy beds
Pros:

Breakfast is really good hot & fresh, staff is nice & friendly

Cons:

Jacuzzi wasn't working & there weren't any signs up or anything acknowledging that & the sink didn't run hot water. Also parking isnt convenient & is $10 a day & not even on the same property as the hotel close but definitely not convenient

Made the best of a bad Air Canada situation.
Pros:

Staff treated me well despite the early arrival. She was able to accommodate me and my bags and make sure I was in a room as soon as possible. Room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast was great. Would definitely stay again in better circumstances.

Cons:

The only downgrade was the fact that despite being billed as an LAX hotel, there is no airport shuttle. A little disappointing, but ultimately not a deal breaker.

Great staff but way too noisy
Pros:

Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Always had a smile.
24 hour coffee and tea station

Cons:

Walls too thin could hear maids vacuuming all day, doors slamming, and traffic. Minimal toiletries. Minimal (1) sugar/cream packet for 3 coffee pods in room. Breakfast was less than satisfying

Over all very pleased on my stay

The tv had a bunch of issues not wanting to turn or off or the channels were it changing
