Awesome staff and awesome hotel

The location is good. Close to the airport.

Cons:

The staff are not friendly. When we were in the room I called them using the phone in the room and ask for the wifi password they told me they can't give it, we need to come to the front desk so they can give it because they can't give it on the phone. Then when we ask for towels because the towels in the bathroom is not enough they told us to come to the front desk. Everything you ask they will tell you to come to the front desk. The breakfast food is not the same as the other Holiday Inn that we stayed at before. They only have 4 choices and they don't refill the food. You need to wait. The room is too bright at night from the light outside. Not enough cover in the window. Definitely we're not coming back.

It’s good
Pros:

I liked that it was very clean, cleaned every day, changed sheets and towels, and breakfast was included in the price.

Cons:

The only downside was that there was no wifi and no YouTube for kids on the TV.

Uncomfortable…won’t be back

Shouldn’t have to pay to park in your garage…theres not enough street parking…dining room was too small…too many people and no where to sit….room furniture cheap…no back on the couch…closet was not built in and stuck out too far, ran into it and hit my head in the dark at 2am from the bathroom back to bed
