Pros:

Love the location and walking distance to a number of restaurants. I felt very safe, the area was very clean, and the room was very comfortable.

Good location, nice staff.
Pros:

The location was very easily accessible, and I appreciated the gated parking lot and security.
The hotel was nice, and the staff was friendly and attentive.

Cons:

I requested a mountain view room and was given a street view. When I went back to the desk, she made the change, but it was an extra step I had to go through instead of just being given what I booked and paid for.
It also says all over the website/booking page that only cars are allowed in the parking lot, and ALL trailers, oversized vehicles, and trucks must use the attached street parking. No one was enforcing this, and when we arrived, there were hardly any spots available because they were taking up two and three prime spots with the extra-large vehicles, trailers, and U-Hauls.

Better than expected.
Pros:

The breakfast, and the free 24x7 coffee, were excellent. Both exceeded our expectations for this class of hotel. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

There really wasn't anything we didn't like. The hotel was as good or better than we expected in all ways.

Cons:

There was bed bugs !! We both woke up with bites on our stomachs and arms that were completely indicative of bed bugs. DO NOT STAY HERE
