Very friendly and helpful staff, hotel, room and breakfast were lovely. The only negative was the sofa bed was uncomfortable.

Very healthy and many choices

Convenient for town. Staff were very welcoming. Starting to look a little 'tired' tho - stained carpets in communal area,and stained furniture in the room. Pretty good breakfast choices, to include non-dairy milks. Maybe more healthy cereal options and freshfruit toppings.

Breakafast place collapsed during the morning period. The place is really small

Absolutely terrible experience. It was not two full beds. It was a bed and a sofa couch that was terrible. The pool was not on the property and the hours for kid swim were limited. We got back late, found dried blood and crumbs in the sofa bed. No one picked up downstairs. I told Expedia and the hotel denied it- but I took photos.

Very good breakfast, and overall not bad but once again having specifically booked a twin room I was only offered a double; why can't you ever get this right? (My wife has a machine to help her breathing at night and a double is very difficult for us BOTH to sleep). The car parking is extra cost and NOT on site but just down the road, a lot to ask for people lugging suitcases etc. Also, we couldn't use the restaurant as there was a "function" on that night, and we were given no advanced notice of that. Lastly, there are two lifts but with one out of order all the time we were there it meant a long wait or the stairs; not impressive.

A decent enough hotel in central Cheltenham. Beware car parking charges in adjacent NCP as this adds about £10 per night to your stay. If staying for more than one night and you need to use your car during your stay then DO NOT pay for parking in advance via the NCP website as the ticket only allows one entry and one exit from the car park.

The hotel is clean and staff is very accomodating
