Would definitely recommend and stay here again.
Pros:

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The selections for breakfast were varied and of excellent quality, though a lot of carbs. The fresh fruit was delicious and the area was constantly cleaned. We appreciated the 24/7 availability of coffee and tea.

Cons:

The bathroom needs some maintenance updates. We didn’t like how the door operated (hard to move) and the shower door didn’t stay closed. It would walk on the track. The sink counter was cracked.

Pros:

It was a basic hotel. Nothing crazy but slept us all!

Cons:

They must have just grouted the tile in the entry way of the room and bathroom. However the failed to clean all the mess from the grout so we needed to wear shoes anytime we were in the room as the grout was like rocks and it looks filthy!

Once the check in escapade was over the stay was good
Pros:

The rooms are super clean and cozy.

Cons:

I had made the reservation a day in advance through booking.com. I prepaid. I arrived at the property with my two toddlers and the front desk staff told me that I needed to pay the rate plus incidentals. I advised her that booking.com has a non refundable policy. The receptionist was transparent and said she was new and called a manager 45 mins later and the manager was able to get things situated.
