The rooms in the new Jewel are pokey and dark. The food from room service was terrible and expensive- I couldn’t eat it. Even the fruit juice was undrinkable.
At 3am, my (single) bed tipped over depositing me, the mattress the duvet and pillows onto the floor. No harm done, but a bit of a surprise and bed became wedged up in the one next it, which took a bit of sorting! Quite funny - but only because I avoided banging my head on the bed side table!

We were woken from a deep sleep at 12 am. First it was a knock on the door heard by my wife, followed by the phone ringing. When I picked up I heard "Open the door my colleague is waiting outside!", delivered abruptly. I thought it was an emergency. It turned out to be a Staff member who had an ice delivery that we didn't order. We had a bad night's sleep after that. It defeated the purpose of stopping to rest for the night. We had to get up early the next morning. Looks like you have a training issue there.
