Pros:

Kitchenette was good, it was missing forks. Most of the staff was friendly.

Cons:

No housekeeping, remote didn't work it had to be replaced. Clock was not set to the correct time. There was no luggage rack to put my suitcase on.
There were people arguing in front of our door!

I won’t be reserving any more rooms
Pros:

Nothing very disappointing

Cons:

When I got there to check in I was told that there wasn’t any more rooms available that were over booked I didn’t receive any calls or emails was traveling from out of town reservations were booked months in advance I was very disappointed had to get another room at another hotel

Maybe one of my worst hotel stays ever
Pros:

Pretty much nothing

Cons:

They didn’t have our room type for us when we showed up so one of our kids had to sleep on the floor. Our bathroom reeked of cigarette smoke. The elevator was broken and our neighbor blasted music in his room until the early hours of the morning.

Great stay
Pros:

I liked how the hotel had dvd players that we could take to our room if I wanted to watch old movies and I liked how they had a kitchen with everything we needed in the room.

It was clean, good management and overall good service.

The room was dirty. Leftover beer cans from previous guests still in room upon check-in. Scheduled room cleaning was not honored. Manager on duty failed to rectify unsatisfactory room.
