I would stay there when Im in the area
Pros:

I was on the first floor and sleep later in the morning than most. The room is very well insulated as I didnt hear anything from the parking lot or the hall way through the night or morning. The bed was very comfortable!!

My stay was fine, although cramped.
Pros:

Location was fine and the staff was very friendly. But could not help me with changing rooms.

Cons:

I requested a 2 bed room and got 1 queen. Was told because I booked through a third party there was no guarantee of what kind of room I would get. Not happy about that!

Horrible!
Pros:

This is my second stay at this property as it's close to my son and daughter in law home, I was very please the hotel room had a stove and standard size refrigerator which is much more convenient than a mini fridge which is in most hotels, unfortunately I was unable to utilize both during this stay due to my family of 5 were booked into a compact room as opposed to a large suite that I originally booked, in order to accommodate my family of 5 bedding I requested a rollaway. Imagine opening a rollaway in compact room that took up 85% of the space. The rollaway could only fit in the space next to the stove and refrigerator which made utilizing both impossible.

I checked in on May 29th (My Birthday), although the hotel deducted $511 from my account prior to checking in. When I arrived with my family of 5, I was told the large suite that I booked was not available, my family and I was checked into a compact size room that reeked. I was then moved to another compact size room, to say I was not a happy camper is an understatement! I did not receive a call nor an email informing me the room that I booked was not available. instead, I was given excuses! The agent sensed my dismay and comp'd both nights. When I checked out, I requested a folio which indicated a zero balance. I called the hotel to receive another copy I was told to contact booking.com although I received a copy upon check out. The same process in pulling the folio and emailing it to me should have been the same process when I called. Instead I was given the run around by the same gentleman who checked me in on May 29th I asked his name he informed me his name is Viel nonetheless I would like to solve this matter as quickly as possible! I still yet to receive my folio as of today... please email to yprice07@gmail.com

I will go with another property on my next visit to Greenville. This hotel was not clean.
Pros:

The lady who checked us in was very pleasant. When I booked, I booked a 2-bed unit. When we arrived, we only had 1 bed. The lady at the front was able to get us into a 2-bed unit, for which we were very grateful.

Cons:

The photos on the hotel’s website do not accurately reflect the property upon arrival, which was disappointing. Overall, the cleanliness of the room did not meet expectations.

There was visible mold on the shower handles, along with stains in the bathtub, and the shower handle itself appeared unclean. Due to the condition of the bathroom, I chose not to use the shower during my stay.

Additionally, there appeared to be a stain on the mattress sheet that should have been noticeable during routine housekeeping. There were areas on the walls with residue from what appeared to be insects that had not been cleaned.

These issues made the room feel uncomfortable, and unfortunately, the overall condition did not align with the cleanliness described in prior reviews, which influenced my decision to book this hotel.

On a positive note, the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. However, due to the condition of the room, I would not choose to stay here again.

Good comfortable stay
Pros:

Property was well maintained but areas needed cleaning. Probably just older building as well so you can see the age. Overall it was a good stay. The rooms have a lot of space and the bed was comfortable. Good stay and would stay again.

Cons:

One of the rooms we book for the night had no shower curtain. Also both coffee makers in the room were full is rust.

The front staff was rude and swiped my card but didn't tell me he was going to do so. And when I confronted him he acted very nonchalant about it.
