We loved our stay here. Such a prime location with tons of eating choices within walking distance and fun things to do near by. The staff is incredible. Natasha at the front desk always had a smile on her face and was eager to help in any way she could, she was refreshing!

Our family celebrated New Year’s Eve at this property, and the experience was truly exceptional. As a Diamond member, I had high expectations, and this stay exceeded all of them. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless.
The room was spacious, spotless, and offered beautiful views. The staff were consistently warm and welcoming, which made a big difference throughout our stay. What stood out the most was when the General Manager personally came from the front desk to greet us and thank us for our loyalty to Hilton—something that feels increasingly rare these days.
Overall, a memorable and outstanding experience.

Where do I start? We stayed at the Banyan Tapestry Fort Myers from February 17 - 23, 2026.. I will start by saying the room was very clean, a great bathroom/shower and the beds/pillows were amazing. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and other areas to enjoy.

We specifically booked a balcony so we could sit outside, enjoy the warm weather and relax. The balconies are a joke. There only 4 and they all sit over huge air conditioning units that are constantly on. Very very loud and noisy. And filthy. No way could you sit and relax. They said they could change our room but it would be very loud because it overlooks the street where there are parties.

We had a complimentary breakfast of $15/each. First day was fine but the following 6 days they had no fruit (in Florida??? How does that happen??) , no potatoes, coffee pot was empty 2 days in a row and they made no attempt to refill it. The person working the breakfast shift had to take orders, clean tables and cook the meals. Which as you can imagine is too much for 1 person and many mistakes were made. I did not order breakfast after day 1 and used my $15 for snacks they had in the lobby. I didn't eat any until the day before we left and guess what? They were all expired. Nuts, cookies, OJ, popcorn. I took them all back to the front desk. The kitchen also had no milk.

They advertise a rooftop bar BUT do not tell you it's only open on the weekend. That was disappointing since we had no balcony we thought we'd go there in the evenings.

The chairs in both the lobby and the kitchen area were filthy. They were off white but mostly brown because of stains and dirt.

Extremely disappointing for a Hilton. We definately will not return.
