amabilidad y muy buen trato, gracias
Pros:

El trato de todo el personal, amables, con muy buena actitud, siempre nos apoyaron en todo y nos atendieron calidamente.
El desayuno es muy bueno , no hay muchas opciones pero loq

Cons:

Todo estuvo muy bien , en realidad solo nos sorprendió un poco que la habitación solo la limpian cuando se solicita, asi que un dia llegamos y estaba sin limpiar

Pros:

The staff is not cordial whatsoever. Even upon shift changes, the staff didn’t engage with my family. They didn’t speak, avoided eye contact and on responded if we initiate it. They seem to be respectful and more engaging with the airline staff who utilize the facility. We ordered a cot for the room and The Co that they brought us had dirty a dirty bowl and plate stuff in between the mattress and the frame. We asked for a new one. I’m not sure if they actually gave us a new one. I just took the dishes out.
