Undergoing renovation but clean rooms. No pool and no gym was abaiable. Still enjoyed our stay.

Come in late was awaken by noise from construction ask for a late check out noise started at 7am didn’t arrive till 3am no t much sleep

Hotel in renovation; A/C took all night to get room cool, and the bathrooms had mold, the coffeemaker didn’t work, the pillows were FLAT and the beds HARD-all the furniture was chipped and bleach stained rugs in hall along with filthy elevators -
these unrenovated rooms should be shut off

Husband got stuck in the elevator. Construction mess everywhere. Room was dirty in places. Dirty in bathroom. Tv didnt work. Toilet didnt flush well. Shower knob was loose and had to be turned many times to get hot water.
Staff were very nice and best part of the stay. Will not stay here again.

When I arrived the entire lobby was full of boxes of flooring...and it smelled so bad of paint. I ended up with a head ache and was completely congested when waking up the next morning.The property was not very clean at all. Seems they are painting and not replacing any old and broken furniture in the rooms. Mold in bathroom, ac unit loud and not working properly, carpet absolutely disgusting.I literally slept in a robe on top of the bedding because the bed had yellowish-brown stains on it...I would not suggest anyone stay here. I should have taking all the reviews more seriously....live and learn 😒

Under renovation and it showed…one wall in bathroom had so much water damage that the paint was bubbled up and falling off, mildew stains in shower, purple stripe on TV distorting anything we watched, air conditioner made weird noise when it kicked on and elevator buttons didn’t want to work.
Other than that, it was fine, nothing was extraordinarily good. Breakfast didn’t start until 7:00, which was a little late for our needs.

Less than desirable. Currently going through renovations as of July 4, 2025. We did not get a nice room. It was quite worn out. It had a musty smell that didn’t go away with running the air. Bed was clean and comfy. That was the saving grace. Maybe in a few months it will be great. Not so much right now.

Well, it came w a free breakfast at least in the add. However it was under construction and the breakfast was not available for 1. Then I went to make coffee and it was not good also - had to get a different coffee maker from the front desk. I'm sure it will be better when finished, but for now it isn't what was advertised.
