It was good the room was nice but the lady running the free breakfast needs to be nicer!
Pros:

It was very nice and spacious the front desk staff was very nice!

Cons:

The lady that dealt with the breakfast was not friendly. There was so many families that was there before breakfast was over and wanted waffles but she refused to bring more out but then when another man came in idk if he was apart of the staff and he wanted waffles she made it for him but not for the customers. She was not very nice she was asked if there was any water she barked back NO! Instead of being polite about it!

The location was excellent. Arrived late in day, granted delayed checkout which was appreciated. Did not eat breakfast.

Pros:

Very comfy and clean. The swimming pool and the hot tub looks. The breakfast was plentiful and varied.

Cons:

The pool was very cold with many bugs. The hot tub had fewer bugs. Would have like to have cold water available at breakfast.

Pros:

Everything was pretty nice. I was there for 3 nights, but my room was never renewed with fresh towels or coffee.
I do like the Green Tree and will continue to stay there when visiting Florence. Thanks for a pleasant stay.
