Pros:

Stay here at least once a month on business. They never disappoint! Staff is great! Rooms are always clean and comfy. And a free breakfast, can't beat that.

Best place in Atascadero!
Pros:

Great location. Super friendly and attentive staff. Very clean rooms and property. Staff and management make the extra effort to keep the rooms and grounds immaculate. Excellent breakfast. Fresh coffee available at all times.

Excellent stay
Pros:

The location is excellent and very close to the freeway. There is a starbucks in the same complex, however we didn't go there because there was a costa coffee machine in the lobby. They also offer free water and breakfast is included as well. The staff is amazing and they try their best to keep the guests happy. Beds are comfortable as well and they offer both soft and firm pillows.

Cons:

My only issue at this time was noisy neighbors and people who kept their cars running at 5 am but that is not the hotel's fault and I am sure this problem can be easily solved by using earplugs.

It was a learning experience.
Pros:

The breakfast was good and the location was ideal.

Cons:

The bed was too firm and very uncomfortable for me. My wife felt it was OK. We had the same hotel booked for our return drive, but canceled the reservation for the return trip and reserved a night at the nearby Fairfield Marriott, which was very enjoyable for both of us. The Marriott room was a close equivalent, except the bed was comfortable for us both.

This place continues to advertise themselves as "pet friendly".. THEY ARE NOT! THEY ARE "DOG FRIENDLY"!
As CATS ARE PETS, AS WELL(!).. This is misleading.. and not being familiar with the area.. I was routed to this place, twice(!), during the month and a half that I needed to book longer stays while I searched for a place to rent, in the Paso Robles area.
The second time I ended-up at the same facility/recognizing the desk clerk - he wouldn't help me request a refund.. because it was MY mistake. Unfortunately, it's hard being completely accurate when you're looking at multiple places being suggested, to you, through an app, arriving at night.. Or in your car, on the road.. a gas station or a Starbucks.
