One of the best stays I’ve had at a hotel.
Pros:

Amazing experience. Room was a nice size and it was really clean. The most amazing breakfast. Definitely staying here again when we go down this summer.

Typical Holiday Inn but backed up sewer system
Pros:

Typical Holiday Inn. Clean facility, comfortable bed. But unfortunately, they had a problem with their sewer system, and it had backed up into our bathtub. Apparently, the staff was not aware of it. It had been there for a while and before we checked in. You could smell the backed-up sewer system in some of the rooms on the first floor. Hopefully they will get it fixed soon.

The staff was very friendly, and it was in a great location right off the 101.

Cons:

I didn't realize that you had to cancel within 8 days of the stay, but I booked it 7 days before the stay, and tried canceling it 4 days before the stay, and I was unable to. I know rules are rules, but I think there should be exceptions to those sometimes. They would have still had 3 Days to book someone else in the room. I will be paying closer attention to cancellation policies now, so it was a learning lesson.

The staff is always so welcoming. Very professional swift check in. Beds are perfect. Rooms are clean, smell clean but not overly fragrant. Hot tub and pool were great.
