Holiday Inn Express Vincennes by IHG

The hotel was very clean. The gentleman at check-in was very hospitable. The breakfast was hot and good. The room was clean. As is typical for holiday inns, the A/C unit blower is noticeable when it kicks on.

Whenever we get back to Vincennes for the holidays and special occasions my family and I prefer to stay at this IHG property. They impart a welcoming home away from home atmosphere provided from the moment you walk in the door at check in with the front desk, to the breakfast buffet attendant and followed up by the house staff. We all agree it’s the best in the area for an excellent nights’ rest and early to rise breakfast.

Property was very clean and staff was friendly.

It’s alright for one night. Could not adjust the temperature in the room. Pool was very small.

Stayed here before & it’s always the same. Good service, comfy bed and clean room! This is our go to place to stay when we come to town. Can’t ask for anything better :)

Even though we stay in the area about twice a year and have for about 3 decades we had never stayed at this motel. However we found at the to be very clean comfortable kept up well. This may be our new go to for family visits.

Clean and food was good.

The toilet seat was all beat up and peeling. Gross like a gas station toilet seat. Not acceptable for a $100/day hotel room and especially Holiday Inn. I told the front desk but this should have been flagged by the cleaning staff and remedied immediately. The dining area always had crumbs too and not cleaned continuously. This is a highly visible area and poor indicator of cleanliness.

Notification of why the electricity was out would’ve been nice. Also, when I checked out, the staff member did not even offer to deduct my night without electricity (or air conditioning or CPAP for my husband) from the bill. Not very good customer service.

Everything is perfect at this hotel if visiting Vincennes.

Room was not clean shades had ropes and torn. Microwave not clean crumbs on the chair and trash left on top of the trim above tv

Was charged a deposit of $50 was told it would go back to my card in 3-5 business days going on 2 weeks and haven't received it yet

We had an amazing experience at the Holiday Inn in Vincennes, Indiana! It was our first time visiting, and we came to surprise a friend for his birthday. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel right at home—so friendly and helpful.

But what really stood out to us was how incredibly clean the hotel was. Honestly, this is one of the cleanest hotels we've ever stayed in. Every corner of the room was spotless, and you could just tell it was truly well cared for. The bed was super comfortable, and we both got a great night’s sleep.

The full breakfast in the morning was delicious with plenty of fresh, hot options. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations. If you’re heading to Vincennes, don’t think twice—this Holiday Inn is top-notch!

It was really nice. Everyone was very accommodating and helpful. Great location and very clean.

My room had many crickets, both dead and alive, all over the room. The shower curtain had dried shaving cream mixed with shaved hairs from the previous guest. There were lots of cobwebs in the corners of the room like it hadn’t been cleaned well in a long time.
