Holiday Inn Express & Suites Buffalo by IHG

Horrible experience with front desk Gentlemen ( Caucasian ) . Hotwire messed up and retired to charge me almost double when i could get for cheaper on IHG APP. I have written too cooroerate about this experience. I had a better stay at the down town holiday inn express Med Center location.

We felt very welcome here. Ben at the front desk was very welcoming and RJ had a great hot breakfast for us first thing in the morning. The rooms were immaculate and we really the hot tub and pool.

5 stars for me. A very low rate for a night stay given today’s economy. Didn’t have a reservation and was expecting to pay $30-70 more than I did, It’s a very clean hotel, conveniently located next to I25 and I90. The guy working the front desk when we checked in was so nice and helpful. Even the guy working the breakfast bar was so friendly. Those two made it feel like a Bed and Breakfast compared to a regular hotel. The food was great for a hotel free breakfast; real gravy for the biscuits and gravy, Dannon zero yogurt, little omelets that were great. My bed was super comfortable and the shower got as hot as one could want. I’d stay here again.

Clean hotel, friendly check in clerk, her name was Dawn and she was exceptional. Only suggestions I have is more big towels in the bathroom. We had two big towels, three hand towels and two wash clothes. I prefer to use a large towel for my hair and one for my body. Not a big deal and I’m certain if I had asked for another towel I would have been able to get one. The heater in the room is programmable and it was showing 22°, I know it was warmer than that but I tried to see if I could fix and couldn’t. I’m guessing it was set to Celsius and we use Fahrenheit obviously. My husband said the breakfast was a good selection. This is our third time staying at this location and we will stay again.

Really nice! Front desk staff was so friendly and they were very welcoming to our dogs. The hotel is convenient and quiet and clean and recently renovated! The room was clean and comfy. Great breakfast in the morning, too. SO delicious!

Great coffee machine in lounge/reception area and cookies, too.
Breakfast was pretty standard but plentiful and tasty.

Extremely clean. Great bedding and mattresses. Plenty of electrical outlets. Large rooms. Water pressure was wonderful.

Comfortable hotel while coinage through Buffalo on a very long road trip. Really appreciated the very early morning coffee and breakfast availability.

Checking in was at a snail’s pace

Room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast had good choices and was plentiful, no problem getting a table. Plenty of parking.
All in all a pleasant stay.

Nice remodel but no jets in hot tub and pool shower had controls taken off the wall

Close to interstate

The staff was very, very friendly and professional would highly recommend staying there if you’re traveling through Buffalo. PMM
