Pros:

​The staff are all incredibly nice, and the amenities are great. It offers excellent value for the quality of service and facilities. The place is overall clean and well maintained.

Cons:

For more guest convenience, a water refill station (hot & cold water) would be a wonderful addition to the facilities.

Even though there were kitchen facilities in the room, we would've liked a breakfast served by the hotel. We did not bring food to cook and had a very early medical appointment.

The receptionist Sam, who greeted me when I arrived at almost 9pm was such a breath of fresh air! After working then traveling, showing up to her big smile, warm welcome and fun personality, i knew our stay would be great, even if it was short. The room was so clean! And it smelled so good in there! The kitchen amenities, although not needed for our overnight stay, was really nice. Bed and couch was comfortable, shower pressure was great and the water stayed hot. If we're ever in that part of Indiana again, we'll be back. And i hope we'll get to see miss Sam at the desk again! She's a gem!
