מיקום המלון רחוק מלוס אנג'לס ובנוסף גם יחסית באזור פינתי לעיירה , יש מעט הומלסים באזור המלון , המטבחון במלון לא היה נקי , שנכנסנו לחדר עוד היה ריח נוראי של בישולים של האורחים הקודמים ולא ניתן היה לפתוח חלונות .
There wasn’t a lot of outside noise polluting the peace in the room. I was happily surprised to see that there was a fridge and microwave, stove and dishwasher if I had needed to use them. The room was very cozy. The lobby and common area were very welcoming
There was a decent but not huge gap between the bottom of the door and the floor. Not a huge thing but I did find myself being extra mindful of it.
Im not sure if do not disturb signs were available but I did not find one in my room. Again not a huge deal but I would have liked to have had it when I needed it.

Restroom issue, shower pressure is bad and or low. The restroom in the handicap room I needed did not have a shower head with a hose or a seat to assist in bathing my much older parents
Breakfast was better the first time I stayed, which is one of the reasons for coming back. This time it was an disappointment. Food not was cold and not everything stocked, no clean plates.
The pool could have been cleaned better.

Breakfast was gone. Tried talking to the staff and she could not speak english. I stayed one night. I was told my deposit would be back on my card in couple of days. To date I still don't have my deposit back. I have called with no results. I don't recommend staying at Staybridge as they hold onto your deposit long after you have checked out! The room was clean, checked out early. So why hold someone's funds.

Breakfasts were not my favorite but still adequate
The first night air conditioning didn’t work we barely were able to sleep in the heat and we were told by stuff there was nothing they could do about it until the next day. No compensation other than they will give me points if I become a member unacceptable one whole day of our trip was miserable we shouldn’t have to pay for that day. The next day we got a room with air conditioning which was great but it also had roaches in the room.
It was clean staff was nice
Safety issue in the room my husband almost got hurt which needs to be fixed asap
