Holiday Inn DFW South by IHG

Front desk African American lady named Nicole was so rude at check in. Not only to me but to everyone else I seen approach her. I will never ever stay at another holiday inn after today. Everywhere else we’ve stayed at has always allowed a 1 hr early check in. Here they make you wait until 3:00 on the dot. Not a second earlier. When checking out, same front desk lady named Nicole didn’t even acknowledge us when we were sliding the room key in the return key slot. Very unpleasant staff working there.

The hotel posted a shuttle service on their lobby desk upon check-in. We opted to use the service and pay extra. Unfortunately, we paid for a service that didn't pick us up. We expressed our grievances with the hotel and they explained that it wasn't their fault, even though they clearly displayed the shuttle service option on their desk. We were never issued a refund and were given multiple different reasons that were just simply not true. Whatever you do, DON'T TAKE THE SHUTTLE! We were forced to pay for alternate transportation after paying for a round trip fair. SCAM!

Everything was nice and clean. The staff was so friendly. Very attentive and polite. Fitness center was nicely equipped and clean as well. Pool was relaxing. Hotel was in walking distance for food. At were we shuttled to and from the airport. I will definitely use this hotel again.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was clean and very nice. I love that they use dove products. The staff was very nice. I would definitely stay there next time I visit.

It is just a holiday Inn and should have breakfast included. The restaurant in the motel was charging $16 a plate for the same food you get for free with your stay at any other motel.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful. We love staying here for the location. Facility was clean and smelled clean. 100% recommend

Great hotel

This stay was prey good. It defunded could have been cleaned better and there was a slight smell in the room. Did not eat at the restaurant but it looked really good. The beds were amazing one of the most comfortable ones that I have slept on in a hotel.
