The bed was comfortable
The room was not clean, carpet was smelling, bathroom was dirty. The checking staff was wonder but the check out staff and the lady who I suppose was a manager was absolutely horrible. No customer service at all, she was calling me the one who was booked by a third party, the chased me out of a room like a dog, the denied they allowed me to extent until 12:30; they started opening my door at 0900, then 10000, then got called at 11:30, and at 11:40 they came up to my room to knock and to tell me to grab my stuff and leave the property. They were so rude and liars

Room had not been cleaned. Dirty. Staff is rude
The bed was comfy
The floors were disgusting and stained. The fridge was mediocre and barely cooled website stated pool closed at 11pm it closed at 10 pm. the elevator smelled of weed the hallways smelled of cigarettes. The ac cover was held on by duct tape. I tried to use the coffee maker and it was gross.

The front desk attendant was very friendly and kind. She was the best part of this stay.
The room was super dirty. We luckily brought our own
Sheets as the ones in the room had long black hair and what looked like bugs on them. There was a long toenail lying on the floor near the bathroom. Sink was dirty. We didn't even shower for fear the towels were not washed. Very dissatisfied.

We had no tv. Went to take a shower no body wash or shampoo.

It was central to the location of the wedding we were attending.
It was disgusting. Horrible smell on our entire floor and lobby. Rooms were not well maintained and disgustingly filthy. There was a room on our floor red tagged from the health department that was extremely concerning.
Worst Hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Short staffed, trash cans outside overflowing, trash all over patio. After entering building and checking in, and exiting elevator, carpet is dirty with debris and ripped up on 2nd floor. Light fixtures are missing, several doors without handles. My room, 201: mold on the smoke alarm, dirty toilet, cracked ceiling plaster, tack strip poking through carpet on entrance to restroom, blood stains on carpet in front of restroom.
Wild raccoon outside of patio door last night, digging through all the trash. Patio door in pool will not open due to heaved concrete.
