Frustrating
Pros:

Close to coliseum
Very quiet

Cons:

No where to walk across easily to venue
Toliet didn't flush well
No breakfast, bar or restaurant available which was the main reason I booked for convenience to park and not have to drive

Pros:

The bed was comfortable..the staff was nice

Cons:

Found someone's dirty pants behind the chair in my room, there was garbage stacked up where the ( out of order) ice machine was. the bar and the restaurant was closed the Saturday I got there which was the biggest reason I chose this hotel

Price key cards constantly did not work hot tub out of order was something I needed for therapy recovery one reason booking could have been nicer the carpet on our floor was buckled and made me trip several times and I just had a knee replacement so it hurt me.

I will continue to use your hotel when I attend evening functions at Coliseum. Rather than drive back to Warsaw.
Pros:

Perfect location to Coliseum. Very clean room and helpful and friendly people to welcome you.

Pros:

The location is great. The check in lady was AMAZING! She had a line out the door with people waiting to check in and she didn't even seem to be overwhelmed. She definitely needed help that evening. She didn't let anyone who seemed frustrated get to her or anything. She did great!

Cons:

The flooring/carpet I noticed is starting to get old. We stayed on the 4th floor and the carpet is starting to become a trip hazard. Probably should be fixed before it becomes a liability.

Pros:

Close proximity to venue. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

No usb ports in room. TV remote was not working properly. No crosswalk to get to venue (not sure that is their fault but they could lobby to have one built).

Cons:

The property was filthy the first room that we were in smelt like a toilet. We asked to be moved to a second room when we got in that room there was vomit on the floor next to the bed.

Pros:

The mattress felt like laying on a cloud. The maid gave me all the privacy that I needed. The breakfast was delicious. They had a Diet Coke and put it on ice for me.

Enjoyable, clean, very friendly!!
Pros:

The location was perfect for the comedy venue across the street. The assistant manager who checked us in was courteous and informative. We would return because of her alone but everything was so amazing We will definitely be back!! Thank you!!

Cons:

We prefer to stay in locations that include breakfast. We chose to go to a restaurant and choose from a menu for nearly the same price.

Pros:

The rooms are consistently clean and comfortable. Like coffee available to guests in the lobby but would have liked regular, vs only decaf, in the room

Cons:

Keys were only programmed for only one day of th stay which was an inconvenience. Would like longer pool hours. Would have used the bar had it been open Sunday and assumed it would not be open Monday so went elsewhere. Bed was squeaky.
