Recepción. Muy poco amables. Estuve en 1969 en viaje de novios y desde entonces he ido muchas veces. Cada vez en la recepción son más fríos y poco amables. Pedí dejar la habitación a las 12 en lugar de 11 y me dijeron que no. Al llegar comenté que estuve en mi luna de Mikel y que he estado muchas veces y como quien oye llover y como quien oye llover

Ein perfekter Hotelaufenthalt

- Äusserst freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter
- Gepflegte Hotelanlage mit vielen Pflanzen
- Abendliche Unterhaltung in der Bar
- Abwechslungsreiches, reichhaltiges und gepflegtes Buffet zum Frühstück und Abendessen mit schmackhaften Speisen
- Schöner Spa
- Wir haben uns einfach richtig wohl gefühlt!

Cons:

- Gartenarbeiten, welche bereits vor 05.00 Uhr morgens ausgeführt werden. Wir hatten einen Bungalow im Garten und wurden regelmässig geweckt von den Gärtnern, die quasi vor unserem Schlafzimmerfenster - noch im Dunkeln mit Stirnlampen - Arbeiten verrichteten. Einmal kam sogar der Laubbläser um 08.00 Uhr früh zum Einsatz, direkt vor unserem Fenster. Vielleicht könnte da ein bisschen mehr Rücksicht genommen werden.

We booked for one night at last minute- just wishes we could have stayed longer.

Hotel, Lage, Freundlichkeit und Sauberkeit - wunderbar!
Pros:

Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel, die Lage mit direktem Strandzugang durch einen sehr schönen Garten ist perfekt. Die Poolanlage zwar nicht zu groß, aber sehr sauber, es gab nie Mangel an Liegen. Das Buffet ist sehr groß, es gibt viel Auswahl und auch jeden Tag etwas Neues. Täglich frisch gepresste Säfte sowie frisches Obst. Das Personal sehr freundlich und herzlich. Es gibt jeden Abend Programm mit Musik, Tanz usw.
Dieses Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Pros:

Очень красивая и ухоженная территория отеля, вкусная, разнообразная еда. В этот отель хочется вернуться снова. Рядом автобусные остановки. Можно легко добраться до аэропорта.

Be comfortable with Half Boarded
Pros:

I like the view from our room. The spa services were FRIST rate!

Cons:

This is totally my fault! I did not know what Half Boarded meant. I was not aware that breakfast and dinner were buffet. If I had known that I would have selected another hotel for our stay in Gran Canaria. The reprimand when attempting to help myself to a soft drink was shocking!
