Location and breakfast

Cons:

1 elevator was out day we checked in. Both elevators were out day we checked out!!!!. I had a disability suit on 2nd floor and my wife has Asthma and recently had hip replacement. I have back issues had to make 3 trips up and down stairs. No one asked if we needed help, or even told customers elevators were out. I'll never go there again. I feel I'm owned a credit for 1 night since I payed $458 for 2 night stay.

It had a good breakfast

Cons:

Our room was not clean. Pizza in the frig, microwave dirty, bathtub dirty, bed had hair and someone's hotel keys in it. Spoke to manager wouldn't do anything but clean it and take off $15 off which she didn't do.

Staff couldn’t run machine she messed up my back account the hallway smelled like smoke made me sick she didn’t anything about she said they would just get charged extra I want a refund

Location was great, room was huge. But over all did not get a good night's sleep to hot

The AIR CONDITIONER.The room was hot when we arrived, we set the ac at 69. Went to get something to eat, came back it was still 75 degrees. It never went down pass 71. Even when we set it to 64 degrees
