Holiday Inn Express is our go to when traveling . Everything was great accept breakfast.
They were late with breakfast cause they had a big crowd the day before. So the coffee was not ready and machine had to be cleaned. Everything was delayed. The pancake machine was out of batter as well and the water that came out of machine tasted like plastic.
The room was big
It was expensive but only one available in town, because of Little League Tournament in town

It was all good.
The breakfast was very good; good variety of foods, the food was warm/hot/cold as required. The food area was clean, well organized and well stocked. I would rate the breakfast food area very good. The coffee was excellent.
Our room, 419, was nice. Plenty of amenities, clean, the bed was comfortable, the pillows were terrible. The room was average.
We arrived Friday just after noon. The girl at the reception desk was busy in a personal conversation with guests waiting. The lobby wasn’t clean and the breakfast seating area wasn’t clean. Saturday morning I came down to breakfast, the lobby still wasn’t clean and several of the tables were dirty (food and cups, etc.) the floor had food and napkins on it. Sad part is, there were two or three employees sitting around by the kitchen area on their phones or talking. The area stayed dirty, same spilled food/coffee until 10:30.
In our room, 419, the bathroom sink faucet is loose and moves around when you attempt to use it. The USB plugs (for phone chargers) were all broken except one, where people have jammed plugs, etc. into them.
Easy access. Easy check-in. Easy check-out. Breakfast was great and the staff(lady) that took care of us and restocking items during breakfast was so sweet!
The pool was little dirty. Bugs…. Really nothing bad!
The elevator was out.
Location, friendly personnel. Room was clean, coffee and condiments readly available.
All was good.
