15 trucks were broken into including mine. The parking lot was covered with broken glass. Apparently there have been dozens of break in this year yet the staff denied it.
I have stayed here several times, but will not again.
Hotel was horrible so was staff. It was under construction and no mention of this was made when booking. Elevators broken gym closed makeshift restaurant and front desk staff could have cared less. Asked for money back and was given attitude from Nicole at front desk.
Was under construction so there was no bar or breakfast area. Also did away with the continental breakfast. For 185 a night the least i should get is free breakfast.
Comfortable room, decent location
It is being renovated, there really is not a restaurant/bar as we thought, it is a conference room
The property was clean and the front desk staff was great.
The housekeeper came to my room at 10 am and asked that my wife and I let her clean the room because she wanted to go in order. I told her we were getting our items together so we could leave and could she come back at check out time and she said no that she goes in order. We reported her to the front desk and they apologized for her rudeness.
Clean convenient and comfortable.
No TV room service and electronic blinds were horrible.
The gym was to hot the pool was not working also it was so dusty down stairs lobby

I booked this hotel for the pool only to check in and be told it’s closed for remodeling. I wasted my money and my rewards. Daughter was very disappointed.
The room smelled a little weird, but in general was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was pristine with a beautiful, large tub. The staff was very friendly, and the hotel was located in a quiet part of town. I got great sleep.
We booked the hotel specifically for the indoor pool and found out upon arrival that it was out of service. There were parts of the hotel (namely the lobby) where the air conditioning didn't work, and they were running big, loud industrial fans. Upon speaking to a staff member, I found out the air conditioning had been broken for seemingly months, and there was no effort to fix it. It made me feel a little uneasy as I was checking in. I also spent a lot of money for one night and was surprised to find out that I had to pay for breakfast.
Room was very nice and remodeled
