There weren’t any positive experiences. I’ve stayed here before and hadn’t had issues.

Cons:

The king suite A/C unit for the bedroom did not work. Temperature did not go below 75 degrees. Strong mildew/mold smell throughout the room. Wife had to use an emergency inhaler due to difficulty breathing in the room. There was mold growing in the shower. The towels smelled like urine. There were cigarette butts under the sleeper sofa that my toddler found. Breakfast was 15 minutes late and the staff acting offended that my family showed up after the scheduled start time. Nothing was ready when they did open. I still have not been contacted by the property after telling this to the checkout employee who stated the manager will be in contact. And the only way too cool the bedroom down was to keep the door wide open to the living room which defeated the purpose of why I booked that room.

I like the location for the event & the food was delicious I like the young man that came to the room & picked up towels, very professional. The cooks & servers were perfect

Pros:

15 trucks were broken into including mine. The parking lot was covered with broken glass. Apparently there have been dozens of break in this year yet the staff denied it.

I have stayed here several times, but will not again.

Hotel was horrible so was staff. It was under construction and no mention of this was made when booking. Elevators broken gym closed makeshift restaurant and front desk staff could have cared less. Asked for money back and was given attitude from Nicole at front desk.

Good Until The End
Pros:

The property was clean and the front desk staff was great.

Cons:

The housekeeper came to my room at 10 am and asked that my wife and I let her clean the room because she wanted to go in order. I told her we were getting our items together so we could leave and could she come back at check out time and she said no that she goes in order. We reported her to the front desk and they apologized for her rudeness.
