Pros:

The location

Cons:

That they didn’t adhere to their 10pm quiet time for the renovations they were conducting. I spent 3 nights here and slept awful. The last night was the worst. They were drilling to midnight and started back up early in the morning.

Additionally the elevators make awful concerning noises

Excellent Stay
Pros:

Breakfast is the same menu everyday . Location is perfect

Cons:

Unhelpful management or hotel. No consideration. They can’t help you in terms of emergency situations. I am one of the client who accidentally drop phone in the lift. All reported to management they said they can’t help me as the lift is managing by other company. I spend 2000 CAD for engineer to recover my phone from the lift in the basement. Worst experience!

Pros:

Big comfortable bed, spacious room and excellent amenities. Jacuzzi tub was a delight.

Cons:

Feather pillows (but only because I'm allergic). The front desk dealt with the situation immediately and courteously.
