The pool and the front desk service
A lot of people and kids for the size of the pool

Aria condizionata rumorosa, hanno la possibilità di ricaricare la auto elettriche ma, le due colonnine erano occupate da auto totalmente con motore termico

Breakfast could have been better
We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is very modern, the room was perfect, the pool was very much needed during the heat wave and the staff were excellent. We asked the front desk for a recommendation for dinner, and loved the restaurant so much, we went back for a second night in a row and had an incredible experience. The only negative experience we had was our first night, the pool closed an hour early for a private party (it would have been nice to have the private party start at 7, as the pool closes early as is). The second night, we rushed back to the hotel to be able to use the pool a bit to cool off, and at 7 there were 15 people desperately cooling down in the pool when staff informed us it was closed. We were pretty disappointed that it closes so early, especially during the heat wave. Once everyone got out, two guests snuck back in and sat on the ledge and weren't told to get out until a cleaner notified staff, which was frustrating to everyone else that got out. Luckily the third night, a Saturday where the pool was full and everyone was desperate to be in the pool, they left it open for an extra 45 minutes which was very very appreciative!! Overall, our stay was incredible and I would gladly stay here again! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Milan!!
Modern hotel located close to the Central Train Station (Milano Centrale) so a fair walk to the centre of the city. But as it has a metro station below it is easy to get around. The hotel also has a fabulous outdoor pool and lounge area that was a perfect retreat from the heat. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated- albeit with the shower in the bathtub. The lack os a Nespresso machine and mini bar was a let down.

Struttura vecchia mobili vecchi bagno vecchio e macchiato. Spine della corrente divelte placche delle luci penzolanti. Fili della corrente a vista a 20 cm dal vistino sopra il comodino. Tutto fotografato. In un primo momento hanno dato la colpa a me ma io ho segnalato la cosa un minuto dopo di essere entrato quindi questa cosa è veramente da denuncia. Una baracca sarebbe stata meglio e per farmi stare zitto mi hanno offerto la colazione che anc’essa pekosa a 25 euro…. Senza parole
