A nice hotel
Pros:

Ok. The hotel was quite pleasant in its entirety. Metro station just outside which is convenient. Staff were excellent and helpful when asked about different things.
Rooms a little tired.. but clean.
Restaurant was handy and had a reasonable menu.
Location a little sparse of shops and dining areas.
So would I stay again.. probably if I came to Milan again which is doubtful because a part from the main square I really didn't find the city attractive enough to go back. Too much graffiti for one.

The bathtub was quite high and slippery. I slipped once, hitting my knee against the side of the tub, which left me with a bruise.

Great Location
Pros:

Great location - literally next door to Sondrio metro station. Staff were very helpful from checking in to booking taxi to the airport. Would recommend.

Great Location and Prices
Pros:

We stayed at Crowne Plaza for 5 nights while traveling across Europe and it ended up being one of our favorite hotels of the trip. It’s not much to look at from the outside, but the location is excellent with a metro station literally right outside their door, which we used on a daily basis to explore Milan and to go to San Siro for an AC Milan match. The hotel is also very close to the Milan Central station for high speed trains if you are traveling further or taking day trips (Lake Como!).

Service was also excellent and prices for things like room service are so, so fair. We pretty much ordered breakfast every morning and they eventually memorized our order 😆 There are also very good and affordable neighborhood restaurants near the hotel. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and missed its accommodations when we checked into our next hotel.
