We we pleasantly surprised by all the amenities, fully stocked kitchen and coffee center, along with items you can check
Pros:

Ali was terrific, gave us great recommendations on places to eat and recreation.

Cons:

That is was located in front of the dump. An outdoors clean up crew is needed around the bbq area regularly.

Truck broken into in parking lot. Security cameras not working. From my understanding from other guest not the first time. Maybe they should hire Security at nite yo take care of parking lot

Staff went above and beyond when my car would not start. Manager tried to start car and when it wouldn’t and required

Loud people in the hallway, not the best location on the island. I want to say not the best value for money but I guess this is just the market price these days.

It was nice, clean, quiet, close to everything & the cruise ship port. I recommend it
Pros:

Place was clean, many places to eat nearby, stores to shop including Targets and Petsmart, Dollar Tree etc. An easy drive to the Cruise Ship port. I was only there for 1 night a few hours. The pool looks really nice and clean, big enough. I wish i had more time there to be able to enjoy it for a bit, that would have been nice.

The tv had a good selection of channels much better than those on Harmony of the Seas on RC lol. Quiet no extra noise from outside or inside the hotel. The mgr was very nice. Has a full kitchen, ice maker (u need to turn it on), utensils & plates, even dishwasher detergent & soap. Hairdryer and shampoo/body soap and lotion, It was a nice visit.

Cons:

All good but maybe a better discount offer $ for people like us there only for a few hours to rest before our cruise would have been great, lol

The room and the front office David was really helpful and friendly helped my daughter and I through more expectations that I have ever been helped with even when he was really busy..He has very great customer service

The only bad thing was the toilet was hard to flush
