Pros:

Property was good, nice location, breakfast and facilities were great. Love the transportation to bush gardens.

Cons:

When I arrive got standard room with 2 beds, asked for room with king bed I was told that soon king bed room was available will be given to me. After staying for 8 nights never happens. Housekeepers arrive early to clean the room I asked her for 20 minutes for us to live the room, when we come back to the room that day still no clean, went to front desk and manager said I'm sending someone to clean it right now, they cleaned but half way just beds were done floor were dirty with hair.

The hotel was what we were needing before a day at the theme park.
Pros:

The breakfast was typical of an American breakfast (as advertised). The room was large enough for our party of three and quite comfortable. Having an Olive Garden right next door for a late evening supper was an added bonus. The large screen TV and a multitude of channels made for quite pleasant viewing as we settled in for the night.

Cons:

The surrounding area didn't inspire much confidence in security but that wasn't an issue for the car overnight. Spotting the hotel's sign was a bit difficult even with the car's navigation aid telling us when and what side of the road to be looking. Not actually the hotel's fault since Busch Boulevard is congested with telephone poles and competing signage. The only issue in the room was a nickel-sized area of rust in the bathtub and a small amount of standing water - both near the drain. Not the most pleasant view upon first sighting. I had to determine what was what for peace of mind by the wife and daughter who began wondering about cleanliness.

Pros:

Great breakfast, lots of options. Hotel was able to accommodate a small dog no problem. Both of our shuttle drivers to Busch Gardens were fantastic, made getting to and from the park very easy!

Pros:

Chambre propre et bien insonorisée. L'hôtel est en retrait de l'avenue, ce qui fait qu'on n'entend pas le bruit de la circulation depuis les chambres. Petit déjeuner varié et copieux.

Cons:

Douche un peu vieillotte et toilette en mauvais état. Température de la climatisation très basse à mon arrivée mais heureusement réglable.

Great value for that location
Pros:

Front desk staff was amazingly accommodating very family friendly and for the price you can't beat the location to visit bush gardens. Delicious warm breakfast attentive housekeepers and they are pet friendly! I would stay again

Cons:

It was clean but shower was stained from the non slip mask that was clearly there before but other than that it wasn't terrible
