Close to Raymond James, restaurants, Theme parks.

I noticed a man opened the the back door for 3 people, letting the cleaning ladies know that there key was nit working of they can open the room where they are staying. I thought that was kind of strange. Im surprised the housekeeping opened the door. Im hoping that they told the lady to go to front desk regarding hotel key not working.

Very disappointing

Transfer drivers

Cons:

When we arrived, the hallway outside the rooms smelled strongly of marijuana.
One morning during our vacation, we were woken up at 5 a.m. because a truck was left running while unloading right below our room window.
We called the front desk, but they did nothing about it. We went downstairs to try to sort it out ourselves, but there was no one at the front desk. We then spoke to the driver directly, but he refused to move the truck.
When we brought it up the next day, the receptionist wouldn't even let us speak to the manager.

Good hotel for a short stay near Busch Gardens.
Pros:

Great location for Busch Gardens. Staff
were very helpful (Tina and Regi).Shuttle bus was an added bonus.

Cons:

Breakfast was ok, but would have liked bacon !!

Amazing
Pros:

Right away was greeted amazing first day of check in. All staff was great and informative. Room were clean and breakfast was amazing. The shuttle drivers are super amazing both deserve recognition since both drivers treated everyone well and gave awesome info that was helpful.

Worth every penny
