Amazing staff!
Pros:

The staff was amazing! Every single person there was nice and made our stay there exceptional. The location was amazing for what we wanted to do, and the break was good.

Clean, comfortable, great stay with family!
Pros:

Traveling with family including a little one. Super clean, comfortable beds, lots of space for luggage, spacious bathroom, good towels, quiet, easy safe parking, good breakfast (nice selection of warm and cold items! Coffee wasn’t too bad either and it’s free all day) and very friendly helpful staff all around. Clean outside pool too. A great spot. The area isn’t fabulous, but an easy drive to most places in town, plus because it’s across from Busch Gardens, it is mostly tourists and business people in the hotel, so pretty safe. They have a very convenient free shuttle to Busch Gardens, which we used and it was great! Not too far from the hotel are many restaurants for families. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Muy agradable, servicio amable y excelente descanso. De fácil acceso a la zona de USF.
Pros:

La cama muy buena, permite un gran descanso, la habitación muy buena y aseada. El baño limpio y aseado. Sería recomendable colocarle algo en el piso de la bañera para evitar caídas, pues varias veces me resbalé.

Cons:

El tipo de comida del desayuno, la sentí muy "prefabricada" por lo que al comer los omelettes (huevos) se sentían artificiales. Del resto todo bien.

Good hotel with breakfast en great staff.
Pros:

Friendly staff, certainly reception and shuttlebus driver Rick were great. Good breakfast, nice rooms. Shuttle super flexible to Busch Gardens and Adventure Island. Restaurants nearby.

Cons:

Lyft driver warned us hotel was not in a good area. You can walk to restaurants nextdoor, but rest of area a bit sketchy.
