Pros:

They kept my reservation late. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. Workers where polite and friendly.

Cons:

The room was dirty. It literally had trash on the floor. I got a room with a pull out. The check in person knew the sheets weren't in the room and didn't tell me. I was in the room and had to go back to the front desk and ask for them.

That they charge regular standard rates and their hot tub hasn't been working for quite some time I asked before I booked the room if their pool and hot tub were working the gentleman answered yes and that wasn't the case. Very disappointed I feel I was lied to

Disappointed and I should've left and found a different hotel

The breakfast attendant was helpful and kind. Shr made sure the area was clean and food was fresh.

Excellent service from Hotel Staff
Pros:

Deer Park is not exactly a hot spot, but I was looking for a quiet place accessible to many of Houston's attractions--and this definitely fit the bill. Most memorable for me were the staff members who provided excellent service: Domingo (Rocky) who fixed the clock and solved a problem with a drain; and Trinity and Mollie at the front desk.

Pleasant stay!
Pros:

Perfectly good hotel in Deer Park, perfectly situated near the main street and many local restaurants, gas stations, convenience stores, etc. Front desk was great and pleasant. Rooms were nice, spacious. Beds were decent. Breakfast was lackluster but there's great places nearby for breakfast burritos (try Cuban Cafe). Internet was reliable and I was able to complete video conference with it. Would stay again if ever in the area.

Beautiful hotel, comfortable beds, nice huge rooms, and a delicious hot breakfast that was kept fully loaded for guests to enjoy.

Pros:

The pool needs to be cleaned!! The hall carpets need to either be replaced or a VERY deep cleaning! They r dingy looking. The pancake machine was not working when we (my 2 grandsons and myself) were there. The biscuits and gravy were great tho!Also it would be nice to have been able to turn on the jets in the hot tub.. the dryers on the second floor are super quick, it gets real hot and for a quarter u can dry everything. Money needs to be spent giving this location a face lift. It deserves it!!!

You won’t find a better place. Clean and welcoming!
Pros:

Let me start by saying that this location is probably one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in. When I say it clean I mean it smells clean, not like a scent to mask a smell, but clean clean. The staff takes pride in their property and were accommodating in whatever we asked for. Location is convenient to several restaurants and other conveniences.
